Store is super cute! Read reviews; store is quite messy but it’s because there’s no room on the racks. Otherwise it’s quite good. The staff are friendly but they tend to only acknowledge eachother. All in all, actually quite nice. It’s in a posh area so expect some good finds. The selection is very good with each size stocked up XS-4XL
The staff who were there on the morning of Tuesday June 11. Immaculate and took most of my items. Took similar item two days later on the morning, June 13th and was met with the most uneducated rude arrogant staff members. Assuming because of my hijab? Who you hire matters. I won’t return. It’s funny how you can go at completely different times and get a completely different experience due to who’s hired. I was just recommending this location to people and I’ve now warned them not to go.
This store is too jam packed with items. I broke 2 hangers putting sweaters back sorry. It's hard to shop when everything is messy, cluttered with bins and racks squished so close together that you're ontop of other customers. I would have spent much more money if I was able to properly get through the store. I enjoy the items and variety they do carry, so I'll definitely be back . I just hope it's a bit less cluttered next trip. Staff here is really nice as well.
I've found some close to brand new clothes here. It is a great place to shop for well-known clothing brands, especially when you are on a budget and love to reuse, recycle!nOnly reason why I gave a 3 star is 1 because of how busy the store is and 2 I've previously brought some pretty good clothing over and they rejected them although they were like new, barely worn, 3 it can be a bit pricey for second hand items as some are quite worn and or stained.
I gave 2 stars out of good will because the store was extremely busy today and I know how much that can suck having worked in retail myself, and because the rest of the staff who i didnt have much interaction with beyond a look seemed perfectly sweet, and normal. That being said the cashier I dealt with was like a mean robot. She was tall with straight dark hair and fake lashes, didn't get her name. But wow she was super robotic at first which is understandable that you get into a mode. But then she was super rude to me for no reason.
