It’s a clean gym with plenty of helpful staff. The black card perks are a great spa reward after a session and it’s easy for new gym goers to jump into a set of machines and get a good workout especially yellow room with light timer. Most novice or intermediate goers won’t care, but there are no free barbells just smith machine and fixed weight barbells up to 60lbs and no dumbbells beyond 75lbs. They might need more benches/free weights area and some more room to stretch on mats but there’s always a cardio machine open and you can check their app for how busy they are.
I like the cleanliness the staff have in taking care of the place. What I do wish is that members would wipe down their stations when done. I've seen so many people just walk away, leaving it dirty. Maybe staff could do a walk through and enforce this a bit more?nnOverall, it's an alright gym that will get you through. The staff is usually helpful, but sometimes can be a little hit & miss. The billing of fees has never been a problem at all.nI'd recommend it for someone on a budget, or just wants the basics. No pool, steamroom, hot tub, full classes etc
There are tons of machines and free weights, and a well laid out manner. And I love how there’s free, red light therapy, tanning options, and massage chairs. You can’t beat the price for the black card! I travel a lot so it’s awesome to have access to a consistently well stocked gym everywhere I go!
