if your new or dont play all the time this place is not for you .they call the numbers so fast that you don't even have time to breathe . it's was a horrible experience and we will not be back . it was not fun at all

I hadn't been to bingo for almost 2 years after Covid hit and being an avid bingo player was quite excited to play again. Believe me, I was having withdrawals. I made my way from Vancouver Island, since the halls still hadn't opened up yet on the island. The first disappointment was when the caller took a break, an automated caller took over for about half an hour. Not the same, I do not like automated bingo callers. Second disappointment was the Balls game, it seemed 'fishy' how the same person won all three of the $500 games. Geesh, it's hard enough just trying to get a break open ticket with a bingo ball on it, let alone win it. 3 times! Thirdly, they didn't show the winning ticket number on the camera, how are players supposed to know it is a valid ticket. And finally, prize payouts don't seem to match the number of players, hall was pretty full and pot was only 40 dollars. Special game paid $75, definitely should have been more. Not thrilled with my experience there at all!

Best bingo you'll ever go to...please get better lighting on the 2nd floor..so dreary and not very nice for atmosphere..liven up the place with paint and lights

I used to love coming to planet bingo but now that they don't use the balls and the computer is calling the numbers I don't like it!!

I have not won anything too great to boast about. It's entertainment, a way to spend time away from the quick pace of life!! Might as well try your luck!! Happy for the person who won 100,000.00 today! Congratulations.

Had a great time. People were friendly and the staff was good.

Didn't win but mostly no staff readily available to explain patterns or new programs. I lost out on games because didn't know what we were playing.

One floor of bingo for paper bingo and computer bingo. They have a second floor that only has computer bingo. There were no staff or service for on second floor. We had to rush downstairs to credit our accounts for games.So, it was not a good experience because not customer friendly. It's not fun if you can't find a seat and only choice for play is computer bingo. I won't be going back.

Way to much chattering and colleague bashing all day long, especially at night. I watch new workers, or unliked by the rest workers, constantly be rudely critized if they make a mistake. It's bad enough the players are hard on them, but their colleagues don't need too. I guess none of the bully staff have ever made mistakes in their life.

Person selling balls wouldn't come to our corner!!!
