Just rent somewhere else. Our door was literally broken and could not close properly, let alone lock, and they took 2+ days to come out and fix it after having to call them multiple times. The apartments are in dire need of repair/just built wrong.

DO NOT RENT FROM SERGAKIS. This company will rip you off at every opportunity, does virtually no maintenance on their property even as it falls apart around families, then complains to you about every single issue like it's your fault/responsibility. I moved away from their property 2 years ago, checked with them multiple times that my name was taken off the lease, and they are now trying to sue me for something done by the tenants who moved in after me. I am giving them one star because I am forced to, if negative numbers were an option I'd be doing that.

At the Manoir - I ask for a thin crust well done pizza at which I’ve had many times, got a thick crust barely cooked, manager refused to fix it - I immediately paid and left - been going there for years - no more. The only thing the cook can cook is eggs! Go somewhere else!!

See the Placements Sergakis sign. Run from it. Don’t rent. Save yourself your peace of mind and time and money. I agree with every review that says all they do is suck the money, but provide simple living conditions no. Never.

Thay make false accusation and open a case against me in Régie du logement. Also they always acting bad faith.
