The owners/pharmacists and other staff/pharmacists are very helpful! The cosmetics department associate is very helpful, kind and patient. She dealt with my Mom, who does not speak Québécois/French and was like an angel/saint!

I was put on hold and the line was hung up on me twice. The third time, they said it was pointless to call and to come to the counter. The pharmacist answered, but it's the first time the woman who answers has been so rude.nnI really don't need this kind of expensive hassle. June 14, 4:20 PM.

I've always had very good experiences there, especially with my blood tests. I love the nurse, but this week a guy replaced her, and he's clearly retaking his nursing course. He not only pricked me on the side instead of in the middle of my neck, but he also pricked me perpendicular to the vein, causing excruciating pain. It was 8:45 this morning, it's 3:00 PM, and my arms still hurt. I also have a huge, bright red blood spot under my skin. I hope this nurse's supervisors will see this and take the necessary measures. Thank you.
