Horrible experience. Just bought a foundation which I had tried at the store. Walked out in the sunlight and noticed that it seemed too dark on my hand. So I go back to return it and they refuse to accept it because it was opened. This I can understand, however I did not open it! I bought it opened! The makeup artist that had assisted me then tells her supervisor that I had bought it sealed. Lying is absolutely unacceptable. She works in the cosmetic section, has dark hair and today (16-2-18) had blue mascara on. Didn’t get a look at her name. It is such a shame that she had to lie. If she says that I bought it sealed then she is lying! I know I didn’t open it. Suddenly it becomes the customers fault right?
