The staff here is very friendly and very understanding. After my debacle at Pharmaprix Dorval - they were more than happy to do everything to help me. They’ve helped me several times get the right medications as well as renew my scripts. The team is so friendly that they remember my name! Going to the pharmacy used to a unpleasant chore, now, it is like visiting friends.

I requested a small change in my prescription and the girl behind the counter said OK and got the prescription filled and promptly gave me the wrong Rx. When I politely explained she started screaming and threw my prescription across the room and stomped off. She was very young and very overweight, likely being related to the owner. Everyone was shocked by her behaviour including the pharmacy owner, no one came fwd to apologise or help. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes and no one attempted to help me. I went to Pharmaprix next door and they were able to get my all prescriptions from Jean Coutu transferred to them. Jean Coutu has made mistake before and this time it was over the top. I'm glad I no longer have to deal with them.
