RUDE, INCOMPETENT AND BORDERLINE CRIMINAL Lost my perscription multiple times, got all of my information wrong multiple times, refused to give me my medicine multiple times. Had to record the owner and employees saying that they either had my perscription and/or faxed my doctor, and then when arriving, refusing to give me my medication, saying they dont have my perscription, even though my doctor and his secretary confirmed multiple times of this incident I explained this to the owner Andre twice, and all his employees. Despite all of my time and money wasted, after showing the owner the recordings, instead of apologizing for what I had been through, and despite my kindness and patience, the owner Andre was very rude with me, and cursed at me I will never give my money to this pharmacy, nor trust them with my medication. Id encourage you to shop elsewhere also. They are much more professional and competent at either Uniprix or Jean-Coutu.
I’ve been a client at this pharmaprix for a very long time. The manager of cosmetics always helps me find what I’m looking for, no matter what the product is. I’m always greeted with kindness. Best pharmaprix i’ve shopped at! Thank you for the amazing service
Today I went AS USUAL to spend about $150.00 my husband spends 500 + a month just in diabetic supplies. I went to look at Joe Fresh “jewelry” and the cosmetic counter CALLED a person to come watch me and he followed me through the ENTIRE store. I go every week for our needs and I’m a working professional.. why .. why would someone treat someone with such disregard? Unprofessional and causes people unnecessary stress and embarrassment. It’s sad bc the pharmacy section there especially the young women have always been super kind/polite. I updated my review from 1 to 2 stars bc I do not want to penalize the entire store.

I love this pharmacy. The staff are AMAZING! Super friendly and reliable. They all know me by name and when I do call in to have my prescription refilled they know my vice and greet me by name. Wondeful feeling!!! Thank you team! Keep up the EXCELLENT SERVICE! I would definitely recommend this place to any and everyone.
I used to always get my medications delivered. This month - I received nothing. I assumed positive intent and thought they would arrive the next day but when they didn't - I called the next business day to inform them. As soon as I informed them of the missing medications, I was treated like a thief. Even when speaking with Fernanda Civitella, her voice had so much disdain for me, she even said : " I have more faith in my driver so I don't believe you" All in all, this pharmacy treated a sick person like a thief, instead of owning up to their mistake. The owner Mrs. Civitella was the least empathetic person I dealt with in this situation. I've been going to this pharmacy for over 15 years and their poor customer service quality was known to me. Needless to say - after this incident, I will be transferring my file to another pharmacy.
Rude service. Was buying claritin, handed my optimum card and optimum credit card and the cashier looked at me and said no, we don't give points for any DIN items. i know this isn't true and said "fine, I will call" she then started to argue with me. I just paid and left. given that I work in the federal department that issues DIN, I know that a DIN is not just given for pharaceuticals but for any product making health claims. called head office and they credited my account, but still concerned about staff who won't even scan my points card and make up their own rules. this is at least the third time that a cashier has said she won't scan my points card..... rather than letting the system determine if i get points or not, these cashiers decide that they are the sherrifs when it comes to the point system. i could understand if the points came out of their pay, but it makes no sense. anyway, go somewhere else or else tell them to scan your optimum card or else you won't complete the transaction.
Great pharmacy with a variety of things to get that you need. The pharmacists are very accommodating and they give you a pager if ever you need to wait, they also give great advice if you're looking for something specific.
They tell you to wait 15min at pharmacy to get your prescription, but often you have to wait 45. However, the store itself is always clean and well taken care of
My sister and I have been going to Pharmaprix Dorval garden for over fifteen years .. We have ALWAYS EXCELLENT SERVICE .. Pleasant staff.. I give tem 5 stars
