Overall great experience. Hostess was nice and friendly. The place is clean. The food is absolutely delicious. The reason I removed the one start is because how they positioned to charge you for their water. They will ask whether you want water and sparkling water not a fan of sparkling water we asked for regular water. The waitress brought a small bottle of water and we got charged 8$ for the bottle. On top, they pour the water into all the glasses. Looks like they have no free water at that location. Hence the only reason why I am removing one start.
Excellent Italian food and excellent service and ambiance: the decoration is really warm! It is a place to recommend, they don't rush you to order or to leave. The price is worth. The only negative point is the music was a bit loud at the end of the evening.
To reserve online, you need to put a $50 down. You dont show up you lose it. Really? The place was packed. The decor is nice. The place is overrated. The prices are overwhelmingly high. The service was good. Tipping starts at 18%. In the same category, there are other places with less $$ with same quality or higher. Will I go again? Not really.
Food is really good, a bit pricy tho. Restaurant and general ambiance is nice. Gets a bit loud as it is an open concept. Hard to have conversations at times. Waiters are slow, we waited 20-30 mins after being seated to get waters and between each service another 30 mins to get the waiters attentionwent on a Tuesday night. However they make up for it with their good service.
The place is a great place, nice ambience, amazing bite, everything was great, but Daphne, the server was out of this world, wow, just wow, I would go there again just for her, she was on top of things, knew how to handle everything, quick to respond, checks on you all the time, always makes sure you don’t need anything, the whole team was great, we sat in a spot that the sun was hitting the corner of our table, we demanded for the waiter to close the awning above us, she was quick and to the point, she was yelled at by the manager to not touch the awning and he took the remove from her, I was a little upset, that’s not a way to treat a hard working person, Daphne took that with a salt of grain and never changed her smile or Attitude, bravo Daphne, good job on that, you who made a difference with our visit, we enjoyed it a lot , thank you for your services. Thus the high tip! The only way to show my appreciation. We will be back soon, I highly suggest this place for a nice Italian food, you will not be disappointed. Daphne merci pour t’a sourire !
We love the set up We got welcomed and seated by the owner very nice gentleman. Service was very slow in the beginning. There was boy much people and alot of staff so we were about to leave. But then our waiters got chnaged by Flex Now we got to say "we got service" Food was honestly surprisingly amazing We give it Will be back for more
First time here and visiting again for sure. The filet mignon is absolutely delicious! Service, ambiance and food, great. Desserts are great too. Better to reserve in advance, we tried before without a reservation and it wasn't possible to get in. The decor is beautiful, as well as, food presentation. Bravo!
Party of 3. All loved our experience. We had fried shrimp and calamari, the octopus and pizzas. The capriciosa pizza was amazing. Also recommend their desserts. We loved the lemon tart. The place itself is beautiful and happening. The staff was very nice. We were just a bit disappointed that our waitress was not able to explain the wine list that well and did not seem to know the wines but would still go back anytime. Update: We went back since the original review many times and food and service was amazing each time. Some of my favorites dishes are the calamari, Grilled lamb chops, Burrata pizza. We love going there.
Honestly just wow what an atmosphere loved it from top to bottom from the wine to the food to the waiters… everything just tasted magical we had calamari and lamb chops and a shared margarita thin crust pizza with a nice red wine. We will definitely be back thank you again so much
I went with my wife and the first thing I must say is this place is gorgeous! The lighting is perfect, very atmospheric and relaxed, the decor is elegant and the staff are dressed smart. The food was exquisite! We had the best calamari I ever tasted. It was crispy, nicely seasoned and the squid melted in your mouth with no rubberiness at all! We also got a pizza which was super well executed with beautiful char spotting as one would expect from a wood burning oven, and we got the fungi pasta which was excellent as well. All the food was executed expertly and presented with class! The staff here are top notch, despite it being busy when we went we never had to wait around for service and they were all very friendly. We were seated at the bar as my wife and I love sitting by the action so that may have improved the speed of our service experience compared to being at a table but they are well staffed so I don't have any reason to think it would be much different! We had a truly wonderful time there and look forward to returning! Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and the entrance is wide the dining room is a bit tight though but I suspect the staff would accommodate you.
