Pizzedelic

My fiancé and I went to eat at the restaurant called Pizzé tonight. This restaurant has a partnership with the restaurant we are staying in. We walked into the restaurant and were almost turned away until we mentioned that we were staying at the hotel and magically they had a table available. Following this, we had waited 20min and never got acknowledged, so I got up and asked for waters to start as well as asked for our server. Not too long after we received our water and the server came along. Then I had ordered a glass of red wine, when it was served to me the wine was almost as cold as a glass of white wine, but the server apologized and gladly opened a new bottle for me. After that, I had ordered bruschetta for an appetizer. The mix had too many spices and was watered down, to add it was on a Baggett bread with melted cheese which was drenched and mushy. I had mentioned this to our server who passed on the message to the kitchen. Then our mains came and disaster struck. I had a chicken burger with a side caesar salad. The cheese was not completely melted on the burger and the chicken was one of a frozen patty with was disappointing. The salad was not better the dressing tasted like mayo with too much citrus, capers, and no garlic. Now for the real problem, the menu never mentioned anything about anchovies in the Cesar salad and normally all allergenic ingredients are mentioned on the menu. My fiancé has an allergy to iodine and had a caesar salad. When I tasted the anchovies in the dressing it was too late she was having a minor allergic reaction which forced me to rush to the pharmacy. In the end, though I have to say our server stepped up even with all my critics. He was patient, calm, and did a great job taking care of my fiancé. I could not have asked for a better service in the end so thank you, Vincent. We had our desserts which sadly is the only thing we enjoyed and without complaints. The chocolate molten caramel cake was well balanced in sweetness, as well as my cake was heavenly and paired great with an espresso. Vincent had taken off many of our items due to the night we had. I do need to give him a shout-out for not giving up. Thank you once again for turning our night into an enjoyable one. Service: 4 stars Food: 2 stars

Ordered 2 chicken Ceasar salads as take out for my son and I. 23$ each. The takeout boxes were almost empty. Barely any chicken or even salad. Very disappointing for $50. I do not recommend at all.

Made the drive to Rouyn Noranda this weekend from Windsor Ontario to take in some QMJHL Huskies action. This place was awesome. So good. I enjoyed every bite. The staff where amazing and took very good care of us. Food was nice, tasty and hot. Environment was awesome! Manager was wonderful. I can't wait to come back one day! We ate on Friday November 5th. Very nice place.

Great food and the presentation makes it even better. The staff is very friendly. My tuna was delicious so is my colleagues meals! I like the vibes inside, pretty cozy... If you're staying at Best Western you'll get a 15% discount.

This restaurant was a delightful surprise for me and my wife. It was our first visit to Rouyn-Noranda and let's face it, the city is not exactly a vacation destination so we didn't know what to expect. It's located on a pedestrian thoroughfare. The restaurant had surprisingly decent offerings for basically a pub-style venue: Imaginative and tasty pizzas, tuna and beef tartare and delicious burgers to name a few stand out items. Some thought has also gone into the beer and wine selection, too. Tawse rose was on the menu so I was a happy camper.

The food is great and the portions are generous!

Sicilian pizza was delicious. I was disappointed they made us the wrong chicken pizza but it was still good. Water in the wine bottles is a cool idea. Desserts looked good but sadly I was full. Will have to go back next time.
