I don't normally post negative reviews. But this time I NEED to.

I placed an order online. 50 minutes passed and still no food. My husband called customer service and inquired where our food was. He was told that it should be arriving soon and to notify the driver that it is free.

It FINALLY came. My husband took the food. He then told the driver that our food was free because it took forever and customer service approved it. The driver then try to get into our house and grab the food. My dog (German Sheppard mix) started growling and barking. My husband slammed the door in the driver's face. The driver then kicked our door and left a mark on the door. My husband opened the door and my dog and my husband chased him to the car.

Their customer service is atrocious. Majority of the time our food isn't cooked properly or the drivers are rude and ignorant, and even sometimes racist calling us "ignorant white people." If I could give zero stars I would. Don't think they'll be paying my house a visit courtesy of my scary dog. Good doggy!

I started buying pizzas again from here over the past 8 months since I noticed management/owners had changed as I had a few terrible encounters with the Sri Lankan guys preciously running this establishment.

The Iranian gentleman who now runs this location is very nice and takes pride in his business. I've never once had a bad experience either in-store or with any deliveries.

The food is always what I expect to get and I trust if there are any issues, it will be addressed to my satisfaction.

Btw, I've been a customer at this specific location on and off for over 25 years. As long as standards remain the same, I'll keep buying.

Although it's a franchise they operate by knowing their customers and treat you well as a valued customer.  The pizzas are great.  Especially the meat pizza.

Rude and unprofessional. Food is average, but today the guy very rudely sneered at me "Get out of my store I'm not making you anything". Not joking. On another occasion, they messed up our order giving us all the wrong drinks and I politely asked them to correct it. They, not lying, began to yell at me like a madman. This is the worst location of pizzaville likely in existence.
