Ordered a pizza with sauce, tomato and broccoli no cheese. Staff put STRICTLY ONE tomato slice and sample of broccoli per piece. Tomatoes also included the vine. I guess the owner wants to save on the ingredients. So well done! You saved a dollar but you will lose MUCH more as I WILL NOT be ordering from Pizzaville again. Oh, and I will not be emailing or calling Pizzaville to discuss my concerns. The photos are self-explanatory. Goodbye.
Yonge and Worthington is our location and the pizza and ponzes are amazing. Italian husband even loves it. Current owners are amazing and they always make it the way we like!
Worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. Complete lack of professionalism like I've never seen before. Storytime. They recently raised the price of their slices but didn't change the display sign with the old advertised prices. I complained because that's false advertising and wanted them to honor the advertised price. You'd have thought I asked them to pay off my mortgage as the owner told his worker to take my pizza slices out of the oven and deny me service. I called corporate and got a free $10 credit but walked out without pizza that day. When I went back a few days later to use the store credit even called beforehand to corporate and they said I could go in the owner called the police and trespassed me as retaliation for the complaint I made against his store the other day. He simply did not want to serve me, he was happily making pizzas while I was on the phone with corporate office as they tried to call him in the store, I could hear the phone in-store ringing and he would just ignore it until it stopped. Remember, this is the OWNER of the damn place that acts like this, imagine the other employees. Bottom line- Dont go here! Everyone is being fake nice, when you have a problem with your order you'll find out what they think of you- you will get treated like a second-hand citizen, just read some other reviews here that are consistent with my experience. The owner doesn't understand any principles of customer service and has a complete lack of professionalism for a business owner. I had been to this place hundreds of times over the years, they lost any and all business from me and anyone I know over a $1 dispute for 2 slices of pizza. Do yourself a favor and visit Pizza hut down the road, their pizza is much better and cheaper too now.
Several burnt slices and still served me the pizza instead of just telling me about it. Got home to figure out what that burnt smell was, did not ask for well done. Even if I did, it's burnt. This is my closest store but I find myself driving a little farther north just to go to a better location.
Walked in and ordered a large pizza, was told it would be 10-15 minutes... Total time - 35 minutes! No apology, no comp, nothing. The people working there are young and really don't seem all that interested in being there, not the best people you want representing your front line. Inside of the store looks desolate, like they're starting to shut down and close the location, not very inviting... Food was okay, nothing to rave over or give an extra star for. After seeing the other reviews it seems lot of other people havehad the same issue with the poor customer service yet nothing seems to have changed. Either the owner doesn't care or head office doesn't. Bad for business either way.
The previous franchise owner made a Gourmet Pizza. Plenty of toppings great taste. Now pizza is bland and stingy on the toppings. Sad. Will not order anymore.
Was made very well, and a nice amount of toppings. Some places cheap out and put little.
Clean location, very friendly owner and great tasting pizza. Owner takes care to make the pizza something you will enjoy. I’m making an effort to support local businesses and this location makes it easy to do so!
Ordered a pizza 1 hour before closing time and never received it, lady on phone was very rude and rushed. Terrible customer service
I love Pizzaville's sausage. It's the perfect blend of spices and pork. The pizza is good, but the sausage is great!
