Arrived right before closing. The sandwiches were awesome. The portions are relatively large. Overall, the food was great and I'd go back. I just wish we were allowed to stay there on the patio at least while they closed the store. Instead we sat in the car and ate. Can't blame them. Maybe a licensing issue. I'd go back.
I suggest their North York location the staff are very nice and respectful. Also, the quality and the portions of the foods are much better. They charge people $8 for fries that are not even fresh cut fries, it’s frozen ones and the box is super small. Excited when they opened their Richmond Hill location but after a few experiences with their rude staff and the foods, would not recommend this location.
One of the best in Richmond Hill, specially the man is working there was so welcoming, he represented the place with very good manner. They have very delicious pizza, and sandwiches, i love their mexican salad, I recommend everyone to try it. Plus so clean the place and the washrooms. Highly recommend

We were here two nights ago and got a roast beef special sandwich and a roast beef pizza which we enjoyed since they were really tasty and of high quality ingredients, customer service was perfect and while we were waiting for our order the lovely lady served us some free fries which were freshly made! will definitely go there again!

I had cheesy sausage and it was awesome. Price is reasonable and the sandwiches are comparatively large. And they are open until midnight which is great.
BLACK LISTED! Quality is not great but just ok. However, last time when I went to take my order, they simply told me that oh we gave it to someone else. Sorry! I spent 35 min for my order and they suggested if you want it, you have to wait another 35 min! Thank you, I said. Mistake is always inivetable for business. We should underestand it. It is, however, important how to get rid of it to keep customers happy. It seems that either they do not know money and time are valuable for customers or they have not been trained to deal with such situations. So, good bye Haida Sandwich!
Sandwiches are great. But u just ordered today . Thay charged me $3.00 for a can of coke .lol .rip of for a drink. 1.50 make sense. You still make at least a $1.00 on it. 600% is too much.
