Absolute great costumer service! Attentive to costumer needs. Store was clean tidy, with everyone wearing masks and hair net. My daughter has food restriction and the store manager offered dairy free options as well he gave us discount for the order. Pizza ingredients were fresh and the dough was to die for I highly recommend this pizza place! 10/10!
By far the best pizza in the area!!!! They offer an awesome range of fresh pizzas for reasonable prices. Pizza is fresh & delicious, the service is fast, and they are very generous with toppings. The dairy free cheese is a MUST try. I find that the non dairy cheeses used in pizzas from other spots have a weird after taste but not here. I highly recommend this place and I 100% will be coming back to this pizzaville location for the incredible pizza quality and excellent service.
My friend ordered a XLarge well done pizza. Didnt receive what he ordered. Called in. Would only offer me 50% refund....talk about a scam. Had to drive an hr for that pizza. Kids were very upset. Dont waste your time with pizzaville anymore.
Our go to for party pizzas. Always fresh and cooked perfectly.
The pizza took over 1 hour to receive and it was cold when we got it! Customer service solution was to have the driver come back and pick it up then they would refund our money. Won't be ordering from these guys again! So far it's been 30min and 2 calls to cust service...still no driver!

We gave up on Pizzaville Newmarket a couple years ago due to ridiculous wait times for delivery. Decided to give them another shot on Jan. 30/22 and although the pizzas arrived on time, we were left disappointed yet again. Barely any toppings, cheese, or sauce. One of the toppings ordered was hot peppers, & I counted 7 on the whole pizza. The one plus was we ordered the pizzas well done, & they were. Pretty sure this was the last chance we give to this place.
My husband picked up panzorotti tonight they were very dry all the sauce leaked out and they were well done they were not edible. We reordered them after second attempt with customer service and drove from Holland Landing to new market to pick them up when I went into the store to show the fellow in charge the food he said there was nothing wrong with it and kept waving his hand at me saying that it was fine and there was nothing wrong with it I said the food is disgusting and we can’t eat it why are you arguing with me I wouldn’t drive all the way here if the food was good we’ve been coming here for many years since Our kids were little the man was Argumentative rude and told me I should be grateful for living in Canada he did finally replace them and I asked him to throw in some drinks for our inconvenience he said no people are starving in Africa I am appalled by his behaviour and I’m looking for someone from head office to contact me! Will never Go to this location again
Great pizza! We got the walk-in special and the crust was perfect! Very fresh tasting. After eating the whole pie it doesn't make you feel gross afterwards like other pizza places. My only recommendation was that it was very light on sauce. Would be nice to have a little more. Felt like some slices didn't have any sauce at all.. perhaps cause it was the special. I'll go back and try it again
