Pizza is good, service is really fast! Prices are lower than average but the dining room is pretty loud

Called for delivery. Got answered by someone who barely spoke French and I had a lot of trouble even hearing what the lady on the phone was even saying. Then she couldn't find my adress in their system so she transferred me to the Customer Service Line. At this point I just hanged up. 

If can't just phone directly to the store to order a pizza and instead have to go through was seems like a call center probably based in Montreal, then they need to figure out a better system.
