Sometime in the last seven years or so East Side Mario's changed its look dramatically and shifted to making packaged meals you can buy and take home. I really feel like their food quality has gone downhill as a result. It's fine, but I always leave feeling like supper was mediocre. Its not terrible, but I feel like there are plenty of better options

Having never been to an East Side Mario's before, this one was my first. I loved the fact that you could see the kitchen staff stretch the dough, make the pizza and put it in the stone oven to bake. It gives the pizza a touch more "authenticity". This is no fancy Italian pizzeria but the pizza here is much better than those of the fast food pizza chains. Good to get lunch or dinner with a beer and ample amount of tvs to watch a hockey game .
