Pizzaiolo - The Pizza Maker's Pizza

Not really impressed with these guys today… ordered from them a bunch of times & it was really good. Got some pizza today, it’s really thin got regular crust the toppings are super chincy I ordered extra mushroom.. see pic and they claim their zucchini is marinated when it clearly isn’t. For sure gonna check out blondies pizza right around the corner for my next pizza night. Edit: I’ve knocked it down to 2 stars since someone responded acting like they cared yet never responding to my email they asked me to send them. Terrible customer service.

Really great staff. Pizza is outstanding 5star. However , the garlic bread is not great as the pizza dough used makes a really hard to chew bread. The Caesar salad is nothing special and over priced. This is the biggest opportunity. Use some real parmigiana and the good bacon they obviously have. Then you’ve got a great product.

The pizza itself is a 4 or 5 star its delicious!, but the wait time was unacceptable. Placed an order by phone just before 930pm for pickup, we were told it would be 25 minutes. The pizza wasn't ready until 1045- my husband was waiting around to pick up the pizza for almost an hour! Because of the ridiculous wait time, i had to knock off a few stars. HOWEVER: - The pizza is really good, and i appreciate the vegan options - the staff are pleasant and professional - the store was clean My husband was pretty annoyed by the long wait. If we had been told 1 hour, he would have come later instead of hanging out in the store for an hour on a Saturday night.

I've visited this place regularly over the past year or so, and really noticed a difference since the summer, when I believe the ownership changed hands. The pizza has always been prompt, with an excellent dough that is cooked to perfection, crunchy on the outside and soft on the in. The pizzas, although thin, are packed with flavour and are never greasy I tend to dab the grease off of pizza pizza's with napkins because there's just a pool of oil on there. I've never ordered delivery so can't comment on that, but love the environment, music, bustling energy of the small joint. Price is a little steeper than the usual fast food joints, but you really see where the money went. Worth checking out!

Not like the other pizzaiolo restaurants we've ordered from. We got very little cheese, a hard thick crust and not that usual garlic flavour in the crust. Manager seemed a little annoyed when I called to let him know. Maybe we ordered on a bad night and they are usually better, but the manager should have been more willing to hear our complaints so they can improve.

This is my second time ordering from this location. I was not happy the first time but decided to give them another chance and I have to say that I am very upset with the quality of the pizza, especially for the price. I have had many pizzaiolo Pizzas from many different locations such as down town and Oakville and overall I love the Pizzas but this particular location has been disappointing to me. Will not be ordering from here again, sorry.

Delicious pizza! They offer a diverse variety of pizzas and it is absolutely fantastic compared to its competitors. Still, for its price, it leans negatively on portion size I recommend you order a larger pizza. I cannot speak on its location, as I order usually on takeout. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend the pizza for smaller groups 2-7 people.

I'm very pleased with the pizzas eveeytime we order takeout here. Quality is great, consistent, ingredients fresh. Doesn't leave a bad greasy feeling in your mouth. One time I forgot to tell them add cheese but they were nice about it and added it at the end when I called. In my opinion this is the best gourmet takeout pizza place in Port credit and Lakeview. I usually order delivery from this location. Always get my order right and arrives on time and is tasty pizza with some great vegetarian and vegan options. I will say that, they don’t seem to know how to put goat cheese on a pizza. It should be in big gobs spread out on the pizza see photo taken from their website, but they crumble it up into tiny specs like its Parmesan cheese or something. I won’t order goat cheese from this location anymore for that reason. Also, if you order a vegan pizza they call you to make sure you actually don’t want cheese LMAO. Which I always think is hilarious. I always just expect that call now. I haven’t had any personal experience in the store, so I can’t speak to that. Guys, can you please start putting the goat cheese on the pizza correctly? Thanks would be 5 stars otherwise. Will change my review if this gets fixed.
