First time ordering and definitely won’t be my last. The pizza was delicious, loved every bite. The crust was the best I’ve had in a long while.

First time ordering and was extremely thrilled. Ordered the 4 for 20.00 with different toppings for all. Perfect for a young family with different tastes. Delicious Vegetarian options: I eat both vegetarian and meat lovers and both are very good

So I received a coupon for a free pizza so I decided to check this place out despite all of the bad reviews to form my own opinion. At first, I was shocked that they charge $5 for delivery fee because that is just ridiculous!!!!!! but still decided to place my order. After waiting 1.5 hours for a medium pepperoni and cheese pizza and 1 small fry, online it said my order would only be delivered in 30 mins. So in total, 2 hours for a pizza and a fry. Already at this point, my pizza had been cooked for about 30 minutes and on the counter as confirmed online since you can see the status of your order. So I called the restaurant and asked them what’s going on with my order. The lady told me sorry we’ve very busy and have too many orders. I’m like OK but it’s not normal to wait 2 hours and my food will be cold since it’s already been ready for 30 minutes and it says waiting for delivery guy to pick it up. She said don’t worry it won’t be cold. 15 minutes later I get my food so we’re at 1hour 45 mins. Of course, my pizza and fries were COLD and you could tell it was sitting on the counter for awhile because IT WAS. The pizza dough was soggy at the bottom and just didn’t taste good. On top of that, the bag of fries was half full so I also paid $4 for half of a fry. I was offered a $5 coupon, which is nothing since that is literally the delivery fee. Safe to say I will NEVER be ordering from here again. Don’t waste your time and listen to all the reviews online because they’re true.

Took one 1 hour to get a 9” pizza, curly fries and a drink, enough said. There was about 10 people waiting for their orders, and some ordered online. I was speaking with a gentleman who was there before me and he was waiting for a bacon poutine and onion rings, his order was sitting there and they never called his order out, he had to ask for it! The staff was very disorganized and just told clients that “it won’t be long”…I’ve ordered from here before but by far this was the worse experience. Never again for me!

They currently have a this-weekend-only deal on their pepperoni pizza so we had that again, but this time we added the dessert poutine. Delicious! It was enough for both my wife and I and I'm having leftovers for lunch again tomorrow.

Great Pizza, Great service and top quality ingredients Its my best pizza place. I recommended it. Try it and you love it.

Arrived on time, was fresh, not greasy, unexpectedly impressed. A bit doughy, might order the thin crust next time..but will definetedly order again.

Got my order wrong again. Batting 0 there. Not a single order fulfilled correctly. Impressive.

Ordered with the app for a pickup and the approximate time given was exact and great staff.

I received a flyer with some great rebates so tried their pizza for the first time. I have to say I really enjoyed the pizza I wouldn’t have ordered if there wasn’t a 50% off coupon because I do find it expensive. But I was content to try something new. The pizza was tasty, great crust and the curly fries were the best I have had in forever. If they continue this rebate I will totally try it again.
