Horrible pizza, few months ago I orderd pepperoni bacon and it was amazing but tonight it was so tasteless, the quality and taste was like it was a frozen pizza thawed out, I dont know if the owners changed but I couldn't eat a second slice. Disgusting....

Very poor customer service. I came here and sat for at least over 5 minutes without a worker coming to acknowledge my presence, even though they all saw me sitting on the stool from their kitchen view. Then when the young guy finally comes out of the kitchen to take my order, he’s all shy and unfriendly. You all need to work on your customer service. Unless you are bias, because another gentleman came in after me and the young man came to serve him right away. Major FAIL on your customer service skills. Please work on that.
Not the best. They are OK. They don't cut the pizza. Seafood pizza shrimp was tiny and was not so tasty.
I actually really like their pizza, they have a tasty sauce and give decent amount of toppings but where they fall apart is their customer service. This is a pizza place that routinely doesn’t answer their phone over the weekend and when they do answer, you wait well over 90 minutes for delivery of a very basic order. This is not something I’ve seen only once, this has been happening more and more from this restaurant. I’ve waited upwards of two hours on four separate occasions. Time to find a new pizza place in the Châteauguay area that demonstrates that they want your business.
First time ordering at Keny's and it will not be my last. The food was absolutely delicious. The young lady who took the order over the phone was cheery and very helpful in offering options. The delivery did take awhile to arrive, but for a Friday night, that's a non issue. It was nice and hot when it arrived. Definitely recommend.
Love love love Kenys Pizza!!! They use some of the freshest and highest quality ingredients you can find. We literally pass seven other pizzerias to get to his. Everybody we bring from out of town loves it and always asks for it when they come back to visit. You can’t meet nicer business owners and since I’m from New York I can tell you this Pizza is amazing.
I lived in chateauguay over 30 years ago and we always had pizza here and I happy to say it's just as good today. The people were so friendly and it was great chatting. We will go back and dine in next time we visit. It was so good to be back in my home town and Montreal pizza and steamed hot dogs were a highlight. Ontario has no clue how to make pizza. Only thing if you are taking your order to a hotel ask them to cut it lol. Great job guys keeping up with tradition. Pam and Kevin from Sarnia Ontario.
Homemade dough and sauce it beats every other pizza place in Chateauguay. Also if you eat there it's bring your own wine. It's a simple cozy spot and I appreciate their service.
I usually come here to watch UEFA Champions League matches. Certainly, you can enjoy some nice coffee and a fabulous apple cake. I highly recommend it and the carrot cake. Prices are friendly, ambience is amazing, and staff is always top notch. This is a great spot to visit if you are roaming in Mile End.
