The atmosphere was amazing here! We came for dinner, and it was quite busy. However, the staff was very quick and efficient. Furthermore, the place felt quiet and friendly. It wasn't stressful at all, and it felt homely. My favorite Pizza Ranch.Food: 5/5
Great food, but I just watched a male employee exit the bathroom without washing his hands.... that's just nasty and a great way to jeopardize the jobs of everyone there. I told the employee that is nasty and he just went back into the kitchen after stopping at the drink station.
They were very busy, and appeared a little understaffed, but they did as well as they could. Food was pretty slow to come out on the buffet, but again, they were very busy. Quality of food was good, however. Kid-friendliness: They have a cool arcade with a prize/ticket system. It was clean and was staffed.
I went with my family today after 230 to eat the Buffett was hot and fresh the whole time Faye was amazing we watched her work so hard from the till to bussing tables and keeping an eye on everything she amazed us and she smiled and had a great attitude the whole time she really made me wanna to keep coming back thank u for being amazing faye
Very friendly customer service! Great food, plenty of drink selections and excellent dessert pizza. If they don't have a particular Pizza in the buffet you can request something to be made. Fried Chicken was very flavorful and the atmosphere was relaxing after being on the road all day.
Fun Zone is great for the kids!! Now, let's talk about the buffet. Sub par every time I go. It doesn't matter the day or time either. Staff is super friendly and the place is remarkably clean for the traffic they see, but the pizza selection is not the best, full of random pizza choices, not much for kids. It seems they are always running behind in stocking. The last three, yes.....THREE times I've gone, I felt I did NOT get my worth out of it. I'll stick to carryout or delivery.
Bathrooms were very clean. Food was good overall and the soft serve ice cream was perfect as well as their dessert pizza. Only complaint is some their pizza had a tinge of Plato flavor and that is why its 4 stars.
The kids loved the games! There weren't many choices at the buffet but the food was great! Kid-friendliness: Very fun for the little ones.
Message regarding gluten-free status of pizzas for people with celiac the reason gluten-free exists is contradictory. Box says no, website claims gluten free. This is frustrating. Why make it if it’s not appropriate for people who require gluten-free meal? That said, employees were helpful and positive. I was allowed to have salad with gluten-free pizza. Other locations make me pay for each thing separately and it it becomes much more expensive than the buffet most people get.
Our hockey team went there after a game the arcade is decent size. We got a party room. The ice cream machine was a nice touch.
