It used to be good ordering from here but the service and quality has gone down hill over the years. It's not worth wasting time waiting at the pick up window. You can sit there for a long time and even if they see you they will pretend like they didn't and won't come to the window for your order. It's probably because they were too busy smoking in the restaurant. The cashier this time was about to light ankther cigarette until they saw me walk in after waiting a while at the drive thru.
Ordered pizza a few weeks ago it was delicious, they were professional. Today I wanted wings, I call Pizza Hut, they were completely rude, I should of called Domino's first. When I ordered tge wings, they were polite helped and professional.
Terrible customer service here. I live near thankfully but I have to go back to the store to have them correct the pizzas 75% of the time. They always act irritated and blame you rather than apologize. I always confirm on my receipt that’s how I ordered it before asking for it to be remade. I should have to keep driving back to the store and waiting for a new pizza just to have attitude given back to me.
there is no cheese on my pizza. who eats a pizza with no cheese on it, called back and they said theres nothing they can do about it.
I used to love getting pizza here but I'm not going to waste money my money. Had a horribly high priced pizza which would have been fine BUT they did a horrendous job of making it. It's all crust! Even called, the girl that answered was super snotty. Talked to a manager who said they'd send out a coupon. Never received it.
Ordering was easy on-line. After picking up the food my husband and kids all agreed Bobby did a great job making our food tonight. They said it had the perfect amount of sauce and cooked wonderfully. Great job Dominos!!
My order was ready on time according to the app. The staff was busy on a Saturday night but very attentive and courteous. The pizza was delicious and my order was perfect! Ps tipping is a great way to show your appreciation!
Very informative staff. I went inside domino's pizza to order a pizza. The staff was able to descript the pizzas I asked about without even looking at the menu. They were quick, informative, and the pizza I ordered was delicious.
Have had nothing but good experiences up until about a month ago. Ordered a pizza late night after work and it got messed up. Called and asked for a gift card instead of a new pizza as it was 11pm. Was told it would be in the mail. Fast forward almost 6 weeks later and multiple phone calls to the stores and multiple managers spoken with the error still hasn't been corrected. No complaints about the quality but the customer service is subpar.
This place is amazing especially for someone who is trying to not eat gluten they're gluten free pizza is amazing!!! This by far my go to pizza place!!
