Pizza Pizza

Used to good but lately the pizzas seem to be overcooked (burnt) from the bottom. Told them to be careful but still the same result. I think to quicken the process, the temperature has been increased. But this is ruining the pizza.

The service was friendly and fast. My pizza wasn't cooked all the way. The bottom of the pizza was white and mushy. I expect it would be golden and a bit crisp.

This was worst experience ever we have with pizza pizza.. we asked for thick crust pizza and when we got pizza it was cold and thin crust. All topping was burned so we asked for refund so instead of giving us customer service staff member named Navdeep's behaviour was very rude. Plz don't go for pizza to waste your money

Worst pizza! Burnt And Very thin Crust ! Pizza was cold . Asked for another one they Refused ! Asked for Refund they Refused saying Its their Food cost ! Any Food Franchise works on good Customer experience and if Someone doesn’t like something, you have to Return the money or make them new one ! Won’t go ever or Will Suggest to anyone!

In the restaurant, I asked how much was an extra large 2 top pizza. He says $15. After I pay, I notice the sign on the door that says Friday game special $9.99 for 2 top extra large. When I asked why he charged me $15, he said "oh you need to mention the sign. If you dont mention the sign you don't get the special." "Really?" I ask. He said if I paid cash he could refund me the difference, but because I paid with credit card, he couldn't do anything. Interesting way to do business.
