Ordered delivery. Gave us the wrong drink and burnt our bubble waffle. Was black, brittle and over cooked. We ordered the Mango Pomelo Sago which has coconut milk. We got a mango slush instead with just ice. We called but the person made excuses. Very disappointed and waste of money.

In terms of bubble tea: not outstanding in comparison to other bubble tea shops, but the best you will find in Regina anyway.

Absolutely horrible service. Waited over half an hour for a bubble tea and he didn't even start making it. Not a huge fan of waiting for something so easy to make

Visiting Regina and we needed our fix of Bubble tea. Service was fast and the drinks were great. We ordered 2 drinks for take out and sat down by the window to wait for our order. When the drinks were ready the owner brought then to us on a tray with a jar of straws. What a great touch. Will definitely visit it one more time before leaving.

They opened early for us and another group who didn't realize that it opened later. They have the best milk tea (almond) that I've ever had! Might even have to grab another one before we leave town. Very reasonable prices too!
