Very impressed by the quality en service I received. Fancy and distinct furniture. Very well managed. Very generous owner. Will buy again if I am close.

My pizza was just sitting on the counter for 30 minutes and when I said it to the cashier he just said "ah" and gave it to me. No apologies. Bad service

Food was good, cleanliness not so much Ate in at the Cousineau location. We were given a dirty tray (cashier could see it was dirty), and there were no napkins in the dispenser.

The staff took the order and never took care of preparing it!!!! When I asked if the poutine was ready 15mins later the cashier had no reaction at all and she just went to the freezer to get the fries and finally prepared it.... Probably a consequence a legalizing weed.... while the staff might be high, this chain definitely goes down.

Tried to order online, address could not be found... Tried calling instead, the person who answered was barely understandable through the phone, made me repeat and spell my street name like 10 times, ended up being told my address didn't exist (I live 500m away from that store, I'm pretty sure my own address exists). We had to walk to the store to get our food. When we walked in, the employee had his earphones on and didn't even acknowledge our presence. It took 10 minutes to get service, and we didn't even get it in French (I'm bilingual, so it doesn't matter much, but should still be able to be served in French in Quebec). Other that, the order was prepared in a reasonable time, and the food was great.
