I ordered a pizza from the pizza pizza app and it was showing me 20 min then also I reached there after 40 min and when i reached the store they said more 20 min i waited there like almost 50 min after placing the order as well as we talked with the customer care team about the on going issues they told us that they are going to make the pizza free for us and told us to hand over the phone to the staff working there the staff working there was totally unhygienic and soo rude he firstly didn’t talk and then he agree to talk and was talking so rude to customer service and disappointing. Didn’t even got the pizza after waiting so long and the guy who was talking on my phone just threw the phone on the counter while returning near ever gonna come back.

Worst experience ever, the employees are rude, no manners at all, took the order wrong, made garlic bread with barely cheese on it, the manager was not wearing his nametag,refused to tell his name.

This store is smaller than the one on Red River road. It still has some seating but not many spots. The pizza was good, but not quite as good as the other. They seemed to use less cheese and my crust was all bubbled up. Not s big complaint just not as good as the other place in town That being said it is way better than many of the other Pizza Pizza restaurants I have been to down south. The servive was great as well. Definitely worth checking out.

The worst experience ever. The staff were nasty, had no manners at all, misunderstood the order, prepared garlic bread with little cheese and not even properly garnish over it & refuse to cook it, and refused to give the manager's name.Not even worth a star

We ordered pizza and the taste was good. The waiting time might be long on holiday but it can be worth the wait. Vegetarian options are also available.Food: 4/5

Horrible customer service.  1 hr on phone to call center to repeatedly voice complaints of product  received.  Finally after 1 hr of broken record dialogue on their end and several long holds our unsatisfactory product was replaced.  Not at all a way to run a business.  Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Super slow wasted 45 minutes, they should start scheduling more staff instead of putting burden on just one guy. Too bad.Food: 1/5

First I’m new to Thunderbay and pizza is my favourite. I’ve tried many places and have to say found my happy place for pizza and wings along with many other items I’ve tried. Rate #10 and more at this location. Awesome services/kind staff/listening skills when placing my order by phone GREAT!

Pizza was fast and hot and yummy.  Made perfect. Goes down great with tall frosty bud lights!

I would say, the same brand that I ordered at the waterfront, was delicious and gave a lot of goat cheese.  But bought at this store, there are only a few grains of goat cheese, barely visible, and the pizza is not good.  It's strange  is so different, and there is often only one staff  in this store.
