Apparently I can't give a 0 rating. Stop wasting customers time. Get off the Too good to go app. I purchased food. Went to pick it up and they said it was cancelled. So no food ready. Had to get a refund.
Incredible pizza, always fresh with A LOT of toppings; I’ve written off other pizza pizza locations I’ve lived nearby for this. I can’t seem to understand why all of the negative reviews me and my family have never been disappointed here not to mention they have incredible reputation via word of mouth I mean even the movers freaked out when they heard the pizza is coming from Beaverwood rd... definitely worth your time and money.
Always get the same guy with my walk in specials. Service with a smile. Haven't had a bad experience at the Manotick location. PIZZA!!
Unfortunately i am stuck with this location. When the guys on strandherd were literally 2 mins away from my house. 1st order half cooked pizza 2nd order burnt. Ive asked for a replacement lets see if they get it right this time.
I waisted 30 minutes there there was no one to take our order there was one employee he didn’t want to speak even …he was so mad.needs a good attention I end up going somewhere else ..
Order was placed using the Pizza Pizza phone line and they screwed up inputing our order in the system. Pizza was made improperly despite telling them it was wrong. Called customer service line and all they provided was a $2 credit for our next order which is completely unacceptable. Went back to the store and they refused to provide us with a correct pizza. Will not be going there again and would encourage you to find elsewhere to get your pizza as well.
I gotta admit, we all say the same thing about how there is always a better place than PizzaPizza..however this time..it was in fact the best pizza I'd ever had in relate. The dough was different and fluffy fresh, the crust was full and delicious. The sauce complemented, while the meats and cheeses were cooked to perfection. It was odd I'll admit..but made conversation its greatness..sooo..I'll give it another go without hesitation.
went to this pizza pizza location for lunch. Wasted 30 minutes of my lunch break waiting , there was nobody that works there even in the building. Would have been nice if they closed the store.
Extremely slow and rude! I have mixed feelings writing this review because we’ve been repeat customers for a few years now and the owner of this location is a very nice and hardworking man. However, over the past year the service really went downhill. Every time, you have to wait for at least 10min just to pick up your order that you have placed online/by phone beforehand. And that’s with only a couple of people waiting in line. Today, I finally expressed my frustrations after standing in line for 15min with a crying baby in my arms during this time nobody even approached and acknowledged the customers, while there were at least five employees present. I was told that if I want to get my order I have to wait as long as it takes and there’s nothing they can do about it because they are busy. Shortly after, they still gave me my order not to mention it was NOT what I ordered, while completely ignoring the customers that have been in line before me! I was asked to pay and when I said that it’s way past the waiting time so the order according to their policy has to be free, the box of pizza was pushed towards me and I was told ‘go!’. This is not how you treat your customers.
I think the pizza is fine I never had a bad experience. I often go here it's the only decent pizza place that still has decent prices.
