The pizza here is really good. Thanks to their wood fire oven, they are able to prepare pizzas really fast with a lot of flavour. My family enjoyed our lunch very much, which came to $54 with two pizzas, four drinks, and a 15% tip. I also enjoyed the decor, which had a very playful, Italian home feel. In short, had a lot of fun here and would be happy to come back. Vegetarian options: We ordered a vegetarian pizza and a cheese pizza.
Amazing gluten-free pizza! The crust is not your frozen Sysco variety but an actual crust that they prepare in-house. It has a nice snap to it while still having a bit of lightness. The extra charge is worth the money since it is reflected in the quality. We tried the Amalfi and the Vegan. Both were excellent but because of the red sauce on the Vegan I would say it's the winner. Their red sauce is the champion of pizza sauce! Very fresh and using the right tomatoes. I've been making my own gf pizza with imported flours from Italy for several years but would drive down to Manotick just to save me the trouble and get an equally amazing gluten-free pizza. Best pizza I've had in Ottawa so far. Had the halal combo and it was cooked to my request thin and crispy, well-done. Although it's a bit far in manotick, the outdoor seating is very nice.
Thank you for taking my request in even though you were fully booked! The pizza is sooo freaking good. I wish I would have bought a 3rd!! I have to say this is my new #1 spot for wood oven pizza and it taste just like it did in Italy. We got the margarita and Calabrese. Thankful to our friend who recommended this place.
The best pizza I've ever had . You can never go wrong with pizza Margareta. We ordered the halal combo too, it was perfect. The thin crust with freshly made tomato sauce was delicioussss

Best place in Ottawa for pizza without a doubt. Every ingredient is fresh and you can taste the flavour in every pizza. Nothing is better than slow cooked thin crust pizza in a wood oven. The patio is amazing an extremely pet friendly. You will not be disappointed, but order early because they can get sold out quickly especially on a Friday or Saturday
Love the pizzas here. The favours speak for themselves made on a thin neapolitan crust. You watch them prepare your pizza and in a 700 degree wood fired oven means your order is ready quick. Individual 12inch which I to often finish myself its so good. Staff are great always willing to explain the toppings and the process. I just wish they were closer to my place.
My girlfriends and I met here for dinner last night and the pizza is wonderful. The owner? was lovely and welcoming. It's a simple place: one beer, one wine, one salad and a dozen pizzas. It's unpretentious. Pizza is what they do well, and pizza is what they do. I like that. Oh yeah, and there's gelato! I tried the Cherry and it was out of this world!
I was officiating a wedding where their food truck was catering. I had to leave early for my 5 hr drive back and Joe gave me a whole pepperoni pizza to go for my drive back. I was disappointed THAT I DIDN'T GET MORE! My extended family is Italian and I have tasted authentic wood-fired pizza and this is amongst the best I have tasted. Freshest ingredients and that pizza crust was superb. If you are in the Ottawa area it is worth the drive to their brick and mortar location if you can't find their food truck nearby.
