I always order pizza from here coz i like its taste and base option bit this time I’m really disappointed. Just found this unusual stuff in my pizza and will never go here again. Feeling sorry for the staff, they should be careful. It was on May 1, 2022 during late night.
Caution! Be careful! Danger! Illness! Food Sickness! Uncooked! Unhealthy! Unshaped! Unidentified Toppings! Unprofessional! Untrained! Disrespectful! Zero Star! Before going to Pizza Pizza at Bayfield Street kindly check the photos below then decide. if you wanna get sick or get food illness then you should definitely visit this location or if you want the worst customer service experience or want to see insane, unprofessional, untrained and disrespectful person then please visit this location. I went there last night after ordering pizza online where I met an unprofessional, untrained, disrespectful, insane employee whom I asked that is the pizza well done, he said yes but after opening the pizza I and my friend was looking at each other that is this a pizza or cow's food. Because as you can see in the photos it is totally uncooked, unshaped and not able to find what are the toppings on it, totally garbage which even I can't give it to my dog. So went back and showed it to the same employee who was so rude already and after hearing his reply we were laughing a lot because he said , this is a perfect pizza which I make everyday and showed unnecessary attitude and also said you can complaint anywhere whoever and even did not tell his name on asking. I never ever had this kind of bad & worst experience from any of the food store or any kind of store in my life because I and my friend was too hungry last night and thought to eat something warm so went to the pizza store but did not know that we gonna receive the totally garbage food, very very poor worst customer service which was totally blasted our mind that what is going on here at this store, is this employee is mad or insane who doesn't know nothing even how to greet, how to talk, how to apologize and most important thing that how to cook. I don't know how pizza pizza hired these kind of employees who doesn't follow food handler guidelines and how people are eating unhealthy food at this location. I highly recommend pizza pizza company to take care of this matter so seriously because it is just not about me or my worst experience but it is about the precious time, money, respect and health of the customer and also about the strict guidelines of the food quality for which I definitely going to report it to the Provincial Health Department where they will handle rest of the situation about the hygiene, food quality and food safety standards because this kind of pizza which you can see also in the attachments can make any one sick, illness from eating and more.
I ordered their walk in special and was told it would be 20 minutes because they were busy. Seemed reasonable, so I waited, seated at the front, on my phone. 40 minutes go by and I noticed that there's a pizza that's been waiting on their oven, keeping warm. I don't know how long it was ready, but the fact that they never called out means it could have been ages. Felt like a total waste of my time.
I belong to North York , Toronto. Nice pizza made by Meet . He made a fantastic and tasty pizza for us . I recommend to visit this place . Thanks Meet for best quality and service.
Very poor experience because we didn't get what we really wanted, multigrain pizza dough, which we wanted, they said they no longer make it. Then, the pizza we had ordered and waited 20 minutes over was not well donelooks like uncooked. We were very disappointed. It's definitely our last day at Pizza Pizza.Food: 1/5
I dropped by to try a slice of pizza s as t lunchtime. It was a good pizza! I liked the texture and flavour of the deluxe slice. But I didnt like the customer service. The person there didnt look at me, greet me, or speak to me at all. I initiated the conversation by saying hi, and my order. I said thank you when the pizza was resdy, but still didn’t get any verbal response. Too bad because i did like the pizza and I’m someone who eats a lot of pizza.
Most terrible pizza I ever had !! I paid extra for garlic base; even though they didn’t put any ; in fact they didn’t put any base sauce basically pizza without a base sauce! They even didn’t cut this pizza !!!! Never visit this pizza pizza!!! You can; if you want to waste your money
My pizza was undercooked to the point the cheese was still separated. My other pizza had mushrooms were randomly added to it nobody in my house likes it so another pizza wasted all my fried food I ordered pickles popcorn chicken and the cinnamon sticks were all cooked in extremely old oil everything was a dark brown and had a nasty smell to it . And the dips for everything was forgotten. To top it off I was hung up on when I requested my money back and was spoke to rudely. Now I’m out 86$ and my family is still hungry. Not happy
Had the vegan chicken sandwich. Super long wait but it was a good meal. I’d get the sandwich again. Will try a different location to see if wait times could improve.
