Shocking service, the only company where the customer service is worse than the bad store service and there 1 1/2 hour cold pizza delivery, do not waste your time dealing with this miserable lying organization

Bad quality and slow service. I came here recently, I usually love the flavour and quality of pizza Nova but this time was a complete letdown. I took a look at the selection of slices and immediately noticed several BURNED slices being sold. By burned I mean completely burnt to the point it was all BLACK. Never have I once seen any pizza store selling slices of such bad quality. I asked the employee how long it will take for him to make more Mediterranean pizza as they were out of stock. He said 10 minutes. I came back after 10 minutes like he said but to my surprise, he only made ONE SLICE within those 10 minutes! I've been had many other companies make far more than a slice within 10 minutes.
