Pizza Hut

I ate at this location couple of years ago but this weekend I was so disappointed with the staff, their service and waiting time. People were shouting at the staff for not being served for more than 45 minutes . The restaurant was half empty and it took us 30 minutes to be seated. Later the waitress took another 30 minutes to take the order and after eating she took another 20 minutes to bring the bill. They were highly under staffed on a weekend evening. Disappointing!!!

This is the worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to. I ordered two pizzas of the day "the Canadian." Everyone hated it and I had to throw away the second one. They were really stingy/cheap with toppings and there was barely any cheese. It's really interesting that so many of the reviews here had the same experience. I have always associated Pizza Hut with quality, but this location has killed my impression. The owners should be stripped of the franchise tag.

This pizza hut unlike the one on McCowan uses frozen pizza dough. The pizza hut on McCowan makes fresh dough which makes a big difference. I have ordered from this location three times and that's because its the only location that will deliver to me. All three times the pizza was terrible. The third time we actually had to send it back because the dough was not cooked properly and it tasted awful. The top was burnt and the bottom was white. I really hope they get their act together and improve the food as well as their customer service. Never ordering here again.

We were wowed with the service and food quality. They have such a different approach to pizza that you can truly taste the difference. We enjoyed our dining and will be back.
