Pizza Nova

Ordered the other night. Took a long time past the time it said it would be ready. We had to call customer service 3 times. Each time being told it "was 5 minutes away" but wasn't We had company over waiting to eat. The dairy free cheese was horrid and we ended up tossing the whole pizza out. It was like slime. We also didn't get the cookies we were supposed to get with our order so they credited it but i guess we lose out because we are never ordering here again

It seems over the last year the quality of the gluten free has gone downhill. Perhaps the recipe has changed but my last few orders has been over cooked, less cheese and fewer toppings. It’s unfortunate and I will be looking elsewhere for my gf choice.

I usually like pizza nova but the quality price and unfriendliness this time turned me right off. Chris one of the workers i get along with well was not friendly nor welcoming like usual. There was no garlic bread. I ordered a extra large delux large meat large pepperoni and cheese plus dips. $97.00. .. Will never go back. Unreasonable price unfriendly atmosphere.

I am very disappointed. Ordered a Hawaiian with extra pineapple and cheese, there was absolutely no pineapple on most of the slices, and maybe 2-3 pieces on the rest. Tasted abysmal. It took forever to chew the gummy garlic bread. The wings tasted like they'd been reheated several times after being frozen several times. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money.

this used to be my go to pizza, because while being more expensive than the rest, the quality of ingredients is a step above, and the crust is really good. the last two times I ordered, the crust is really hard and dense, pizza is luke warm, and there was hardly any sauce despite ordering them both with extra sauce on the bottom. two medium pizzas for $40 is an absolute rip off when they make them poorly. what is frustrating is that some times it is really good. if it were a miss once in a a while I wouldn't mind, but lately it's been more misses than hits lately and makes you feel like you are getting ripped off. this place has been my favourite chain for over a decade because of the consistency of the quality, but it feels like they don't really care about the quality lately.

UPDATE: The last two times I ordered, one was almost inedible and the other was just a slight improvement. I don't know what changed but the quality fell and it fell HARD. There was SO much grease, the toppings were extremely sparse lucky to get one of everything per slice sparse the crust left bare for a grabbing point was huge and the only little toppings and sauce I had were very central. I have stopped ordering because it seems whoever used to make the pizzas I loved so much is no longer there. What a shame - I was so happy to have a place I could finally order from that met my dietary needs and was so beautifully made. Was 5 stars, now 1 due to price and poor quality. First review: How has this been such a secret for so long? This place is amazing! I cannot eat dairy and gluten - so finding a good pizza is hard to do - they were able to make me a pizza catering to that awful combination and it was DELICIOUS. My roommate ordered the charcoal pizza with customized toppings and he was in absolute heaven. He says that it is very high quality pizza and he highly recommends Pizza Nova. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants the perfect pizza. Thank you Pizza Nova staff!

Really great pizza with a delicious crust and lots of different topping options. Great to see that there is vegetarian pepperoni offered, too! We have had Pizza Nova a couple of times now, and they might just be our favourite in Ptbo : Contactless delivery with a friendly driver, and the store did a follow up call the next day to make sure we had been happy with our order, which was a nice touch of customer service as well. Highly recommend these guys.

Solid franchise pizza. Good price and quality. Their party pizza's are an excellent value. Wings are a little weak due to being baked, but otherwise decent. Five star hot peppers.

Best chain pizza in town. Go there a lot. Friendly staff and delivery drivers are great.
