Pizza Hut

There seemed to only be 1 or 2 staff serving the entire lunch buffet crowd. Had to wait every time I went up for a slice of pizza as the kitchen was slow and couldn't seem to keep up with the demand. It wasn't very busy, just seemed very understaffed. The food quality was what I expected at a Pizza Hut.

Buffet on a weekday. That server is amazing. The good is consistent, two of us with pops for 25 bucks.

6 of us went around 4:00pm so it wasn't busy. Waited 5 mins to be seated even though 3 people at the front desk stood there watching us. Pizza bags littered the dinning area, they missed one of the kids orders, had to ask for refills, twice. At one point I escorted one of the kids to the bathroom which was at the front entrance, there must have been 20 people waiting to be seated. Only 3 tables in the restaurant were occupied. I was a manager at a pizza hut for nearly 5 years and was appalled at how this one was being managed. They kept 1 star because I do like there pizza quite a but.

Good pizza for cheap delivery but not so much for eat-in. Don't hold it against the staff but the franchise makes more money from takeout so they allocate the resources accordingly.

Came in late night. Best service I've had in a very very long time. Customer service was through the roof and above and beyond. Our server (Brianna) was so friendly and talked with us like we were old friends. And the shift manager (Danny) was cheery and even offered the gf crayons. She's 27. Hahaha made us laugh so much. Food was really great!!! And always has been when ive ordered delivery. We will definitely be coming back here again!!!!
