Pizza hut

Pizza Hut has really gone down quick. Once upon a time this was the place to go to get a great pizza, times have changed. This location has got to serve the worst pizza ever. Even though we asked for well done pizza, the pizza was undercooked so much that the dough was still raw. It was absolutely disgusting. When we called to complain to ask that they remake or refund, they said it was against their policy. They asked that we come show them the pizza. When we went back, without even taking a look at the pizza, they refused to do anything because a couple slices were eaten. I would not recommend anyone purchase pizza from this location, please read the other comments as well, customer service is horrible, food is terrible, and the managers are not willing to provide even adequate customer service.

We order here quite often and I've had it. My kids love it so I keep getting it. But they constantly mess up our order. Or forget the pop. Or its an hour late and cold. Drives me nuts. I'm never ordering here again. Our last order was 1 large pizza. 1 order of wings. And 1 order of garlic bread and it was $67!! A stupidly expensive late cold pizza. Waste of money.

I ordered for pick up and the number of wings that I ordered was not what I received. I called in to let them know and they were kind enough to make me another order for free. Very pleasant phone customer service

Went to this Pizza Hut on August 23, 2017 ordered pizza. That was fine ordered one supreme medium pizza and another medium supreme for 5.00. I received the pizza got home opened the box the pizza was so burnt on the top not on the bottom. Totally gross. Would never order or go to this pizza hut again. I now know why their restaurant closed on Hespeler Rd. and now they just have this tiny location at the Delta - Dundas/Hespeler Rd. But that won't be there much longer eithet. No wheelchair access no bathroom just a tiny bench to wait for your take out as you can't eat in at this location right next door to Subway at the plaza. There is a parking lot to park there though.

Disgusting. This locations customer service is deplorable. The manager "gurpreet" is absolutely TERRIBLE at assisting customers. Our order arrived 30 minutes past the time the email advised of and not to mention it was DISGUSTING. After waiting on the phone to speak to the manager Gurpreet for another 30 minutes she proceeded to jerk us around. Nothing was resolved. The insane lack of customer service this location has displayed is gross.
