East Sides is East Sides. Food is pretty good, you get the bread and soup/salad unlimited, but it’s getting a little pricey for pasta. Most pastas on their menu are almost $20 and nothing special. Our server was amazing with our son, and the staff was pleasant.

I realize this is a chain restaurant however, the service we received on April 6th was absolutely abysmal. Wait time was atrocious, our soon to be server went and served several tables that had been seated after us prior to taking our drink order. 2/3 of our orders were wrong; not including the drink order. The best example would be when we mentioned to the server that he had forgotten the lemon in the water, as requested, he proceeded to bring a single slice of lemon on a tooth pick. Complete and total lack of professionalism. Our server was digustingly rude. I understand this may be a one off incident, but the lack of customer service has left me with a very bad taste in my mouth (pun intended). I will never visit this restaurant again. Ever.

Went there with a group of 10 after a sporting event. Service was awesome and same with the food. Our waitress was just great I had to take a pic of her. I believe her name was Marsha.

I would say this is like the hidden gem of Cambridge, you may think all Eastside marios are the same but oh your dead wrong. This Eastside marios in cambridge is amazing. My wife and i go here often and are never disappointed with the food or the friemdly staff, they are always so accommodating to modifying orders because im a bit picky. The food is always amazing. I highly recommend the chicken parm with there signature hells sauce and my wifes fave hells kitchen chicken. Like anything sometimes mistakes happen but the folks here do an amazing job to make sure you have a great meal. Thank you Eastside Mario's Cambridge, keep up the great work!!!
