Pizza Hut

If I could leave 0 stars for this location I would! They had a sign in the window with a special, buy a MEDIUM or a large at regular price and get up to 3 items off a select list for $5 each. I went in and told them my medium pizza order and tried to get my $5 items and was told they can’t do it because it’s not a large. Then she said she would over ride the item to make it $5 so I continued with my 2nd $5 choice to be told no, they already did one. I asked for a manager and she claimed to be the one for that shift. She refused to acknowledge the special in the sign so I left without ordering! False advertisement and rude customer service!

Alicia is probably the most useless manager I've ever met. Two hour delivery time and one hour pick up time and doesn't even answer the phone to be able to place orders. Call centre just as useless since had to keep trying to send me to the store but then would just hang up. I went to the store and there was two people in the back standing around not working very hard for how busy they claim to be. If you're looking for an argument and poor service by all means this is the best place. If you're looking for dinner I'd advise elsewhere.

If you have somewhere to be or are on any kind of time frame. Don't order from this location, in fact just never order from here in general. my pizza never even arrived. no buzzer, no call, no nothing. Called them, no answer on phone to the store for a terribly long time. and then they said they could send my pizza out on next order. this was close to 2 hours later.

I ordered the day before for an 11.30am delivery time and now it's passed 2pm and my pizza is still not here!! I called and they promised me it would be here by 1.30pm due to some technical problem. I didn't really buy the whole making a couple pizza for 2 hours thing, but i waited since I really want mt pizzas. When it's passed 1.30pm, i tried calling them 6 times in total! 6 TIMES and each one of them just rang with nobody picking up. One time someone picked up just to make the phone stop ringing and didn't talk to me at all. I feel like I have been treated poorly by this restaurant and its workers. I couldn't even cancel my order now too because they refused to take my call and there are nowhere I could cancel my order. Super disappointed at Pizza Hut at 306 Glendale, Saint Catharines.

By far the worst pizza experience I have ever had in my life. I have spent the last 2 years at university eating pizza non-stop, and this is the first time I have been to disgusted to even think about finishing the whole pie. Not only was the pizza undersized, burnt, and NOT what I paid my hard earned money for, but the service from the organizations end was sickening and unbelievably poor. I would never dare think about feeding this pizza to my dog. I advise you all to avoid any contact with this establishment. P.S, I paid more for this underwhelming excise for a pie than a large everywhere else.
