The cheese is never spread properly so there’s usually a big percentage of sauce that’s not covered. Tonight I ordered extra sauce but still had the same problem. Some pieces had almost half no cheese. The middle of the pizza was 100% raw. Not even solid on the bottom. I don’t complain much and I really wanted my pizza but I couldn’t eat it. This pizza made me physically ill. I called the restaurant to complain but they wouldn’t deliver. They said I’d have to come back to exchange it or accept a credit. So I asked to speak to a manager. He told me that it might be true that my pizza was undercooked, I was lying about the cheese because he put it on himself. He told me that the dough probably wasn’t even raw but it was just soggy because of the pineapple. The dough was so raw that you could literally roll it in to a ball. After talking down to me and making me feel like a total jerk for complaining, he finally said fine, he would have a pizza delivered. He was quite disrespectful and I told him I wasn’t even sure I’d trust a pizza from him given his demeanour. I give two stars because the second pizza was good, they made sure to cover the whole thing with cheese this time. Final thoughts: I will always love Pizza Hut but I will never be visiting this location again.
Awful! I placed an order on the app on sunday october 9th paid for it online and when I went to pick it up they just closed the restaurant as they wished no warning nothing. It’s now October 23rd and I still haven’t received my refund even after contacting customer service 3 times. Edit: after posting this someone from the store contacted me and issued my refund.
I love coming here for pizza, but unfortunately, the last time I came here, the staff messed up the order for both my pizzas.Food: 5/5
I was HIGHLY disappointed with the customer service and management provided by Pizza Hut St-Eustache. It has not been the first time that we received a condescending attitude from the young girl at the counter. After placing an online order, she contacted me to inform me there were no more tomatoes. Her tone was arrogant, her answers were unprofessional and I felt as though it was my fault they had no tomatoes! She practically ordered me to change the pizza and hung up on me when I decided to keep the same pizza without tomatoes. My husband picked up the pizza, came home, and we realized that the order was missing 2 articles. Please note that this was the third instance where our order was incomplete. My husband returned to Pizza Hut, asked for the manager Gabriel, and Gabriel was very unhelpful. He gave the articles, knowing very well that the pizza was 20 minutes cold, and we truly expected a better managerial service, to be let down. Preheating the oven as we speak to eat a soggy pizza, after wasting 40 minutes of our time and travel. DOMMAGE to this branch. We will most certainly be ordering our pizzas from Domino's. Wish I could've gave 0 stars for service.
Horrible horrible horrible. We placed a take out order here a few weeks ago. When we went to pick it up at the time given we’re we surprised that it was closed! After repeatedly knocking someone came to the door and said she would issue a refund not true. We tried calling the main office where we also got the run around! This is fraud. This restaurant is stealing peoples money! Class action lawsuit
This restaurant is in a state of extreme decrepitude. You can't even dine-in. The dining room never re-opened after COVID. Walls and ceilings are torn up. I've been expecting this location to close for some time. Shocked it hasn't happened yet. You can still order for delivery or pickup but the delivery radius is extremely limited
Worst Pizza Hut location we've been to. Over two hour wait without being to reach the place to see what's going on Managed by an incompetent managed. It's too bad because the employees suffer from it too.
Ordered online, paid for order online, get to pizza hut for pickup and restaurant is closed. Wasted my time getting there plus gas. Called the pizza hut and said i was going to get a refund in 5 to 10 days. Just terrible.
Bad Pizza makers! I wish I read other peoples comments. We ordered chicken, beef, cheese but all pizzas had ONLY CHEESE. They put a little bit beef and chicken. No onion, no green peppers etc., as requested - NOTHING! People think they get 3 pizzas and pay only $15 but they don’t know they pay only for bread and cheese.
Horrible pizza makers. We took the pan pizza which is an excellent product when done right. Some slices had barely any cheese, large areas of exposed crust. It also lacked sauce and the bottom of the crust wasn't crispy like it should have been.
