Pizza Hut

We ordered 3 pizzas tonight. They were literally half crust. Next to no toppings on them. They were so gross and bland. We had company over and nobody ate the pizza, it was terrible. We also ordered a 2L of pop and we didn't get it. We spent $52 and it all went in the garbage...so disappointing. Will not be ordering from there again!

Came here one night at about 1:45am (I'm that guy) and although in sure no one wanted to make pizza, but rather just go home, they were very polite and still made my pizza for me. Pizza quality is always great, and they are always speedy with it, whether I go in or order online

Have used this location for month with zero complaints. Until now. I placed my order online (like I always do) and waited. An hour went by and I called to check the status of my order. I was placed on hold for 5 or so minutes and when the ladies came back to the line she just asked how I could be helped, as if she had forgotten that I was on hold. I explained my situation and was told that the delivery driver said I cancelled my order. Strange I said. She said we have your order ready and will send it right away. I said ok, 45 MINS LATER, my pizza shows up Luke warm and full priced. I am a very easy going person and don't let small things get to me, but this was a big mistake that wasn't even met with the slightest sincerity or apologies. I will still order through them, but I wasn't impressed. Maybe call in orders to ensure proper communication. Which is what I'll be doing from now on.
