Already great food when good pizza maker is working. Never enough pepperoni on a double pepperoni, (its actually only 1normal pepparoni, with a few extra pieces added,) not 2 helpings of pep that's asked for when requesting "DOUBLE" Pepparoni (& paying for a double). Online ordering is lacking complete listing of ingriedients, popular specialty pizzas or any way to request what's missing online from in person ordering, yet, with a tasty 5, the overall is a low 4-5 Stars.

Pizza dough was not cooked. Commented quietly to staff member. She did not care. Will not go back to the Omsk pizza Hut and will Facebook experience.

If you order and pay, when you get to the window your order will be ready. The crew offers excellent and accurate service. One waitress caught an addition error on my part, called me and let me know the huge mistake I made. She corrected the error for me and processed my credit card payment. I was so impressed by her professional courtesy. Now, I am a regular!!

In December, and Jan I've ordered pizza's for my children's birthdays. When I got there, they had lost my order, and had to wait over another hour for them to remake the pizzas while we were missing their parties! Then they were the wrong pizzas. I was told I would get credit, and when I went to use those credits, they couldn't find them. Even the Manager wouldn't said too bad. This has also happened in February at my nephews BDAY party. Maybe they don't get the online orders, but with this consistently happening it would be nice to know they are doing something about it. I also suggest if they say they will credit you, get documentation.

when i came in a women that works for pizza hut brunette hair in a bun made a rude comment about me when i came in she said you only like big breasts on women. i did not say any thing and walk away but i think the manager was there to.
