Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Great service and great food: 5 Stars. The somewhat high prices for something that is a simple "pizza assembly line" that you have to bake yourself using your own resources. And the busy times waits drop it to a 3-4 (depending on the time of day...) But... it's a great convience IF you don't wait till 5pm. That's one of the busiest times (until, around 7:30pm, at least) Long lines waiting on food you will still need to cook when you get home. Tip: if you have someone at home waiting on you to bring dinner, have then turn on the oven as you leave Papa Murphy's, then it's only a quick 20 (give or take...) Minutes AFTER you get home, Til it's a bubbling hot, tasty, cheesy, flavorful, mouthwatering pizza masterpiece of your own design.

The owner has seemingly made a point to hire the most incompetent and rude teenagers she could find. I have had way too many baffling experiences of simple errors that i have finally had enough. Furthermore the employees often treat you like you are putting them out and cant even spare a smile. My god its customer service! If I and others stop giving them patronage then perhaps they will improve rather than persist in this stagnant states of incompetence. Please stop going to Papa Murphys in Omak! Sidenote, Caitlyn in particular solidified my opinion about this business on my most recent visit.

I was unhappy with my experience. My pizza was messed up and I ordered a special pizza and the shift manger almost made me feel guilty about their mistake in her tone of voice by saying "that's not what is on the ticket" but I told the cashier the right order. My salad was a day old and not taken out of the cooler and I did not notice until I got home. With three girls on the line I expected faster service but understand the rush. I hope my next encounter is better and faster. Pizza made was decent
