Samuel our waiter was one of the best waiters I've seen in a long time. Very attentive, genuinely polite, fast service. The food was good as any other Pizza Hut but the atmosphere was enjoyable. They had an all you can eat salad bar for $9.99 which most don't, so that was a pleasant surprise.nnOverall, 5 stars. Thank you for the great experience and food!
The pizza is good, the restaurant itself is kept clean, but the bathrooms were not clean the three different times we have gone. We prefer to do take-out and that has been great. Friendly staff to greet you and help.
This is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever ordered from. This is the second time my coworkers and I place a big order. Both orders over $100. The first time they didn’t deliver it, and made us pick it up. They gave us 3 hour old pizzas. On the second order, they forgot some of the items. We called to just get a refund on the 2 times. The employee was very rude over the phone. Pizza Hut is my absolute favorite. I would definitely not go to this location.
One of our pizzas wasn't correct yet again. Seems like every time we order a thin crust pizza with pepperoni, green peppers and onions we never get the green peppers and onions only the pepperoni. This is the second time. It states on all of our orders that we wanted the thin crust pizza with what's above. But Everything else was okay I suppose.
Currently been on hold for 15 minutes. Still no answer. I put an order in online and selected contactless delivery. I tipped 20%. Delivery guy knocked on the door, which he shouldn't have because I selected contactless. Dogs got excited so I had to pull them in another room so my husband could answer the door. When my husband gave the all clear I came out and immediately noticed they didn't deliver our drinks and the delivery guy was already gone. We decided to start dinner and call the restaurant so the delivery guy could come back. Still on hold. We started on the bread sticks and immediately see no garlic or butter, just dry bread. Go for the pizza and most of it isn't sliced through. It been 20 minutes on hold now. I'm putting a stop payment on the card. The restaurant just lost $80 because they couldn't be bothered to answer the phone. Worst Pizza Hut I've ever been served by.
