Went to pick up a pizza at the drive thru window and the older lady working there was extremely rude. She got mad when I asked for extra napkins then she slammed the window on me afterwards.nnThe pizza I ordered was good but they didn't cut through it all the way, so I had to cut it myself when I got home.
I was 1.5 miles away from the store in anaconda Mt. I was told they won't deliver out that far ...at the O'Reilly's...nI'm thinking from what I hear I dodged the bullet .
No staff. Wasn’t given full order. Went back through drive through sense doors were locked, and was waiting for over 20 min due to no customer service. Tried calling, no answer. Left due to having places to be. Very disappointed. I would recommend not tipping when you pre order. Definitely didn’t deserve it.
Went to pick up pizza. Was ignored for 5 minutes. Was a kid kept going behind counter.
