Pizza Hut in Jerome is the worst. They don’t answer there phones at all. Then u ask them if there phones work they say ya. Well why don’t they answer?

So very slow!! Waited an hour for dine-in only for one pizza. Horrible service, as well as noticing them avoiding customer phone calls. Wont be going back.

This Pizza Hut location regularly makes mistakes and never apologizes or offers any kind of compensation. The most recent experience was this last Thursday. I placed an order for carry out, went in paid, they couldn't find my pizza. The girl who helped me walked off and told the boy who was pulling pizzas out of the oven, who didn't offer any help or look for the pizza. She came back looked around again. By that time I was irritated and asked for a refund. She gave me my refund, no apology or offer to comp my pizza and said I don't know what happened. I will never recommend this restaurant and will buy my pizza from the Twin Falls Pizza Huts and other pizza restaurants.
