McDonald's

Check your order carefully. Ordered food for my family since we were staying at the Best Western next door. The young girl got my order wrong but rather than delaying all the other hungry customers, I left it alone. Doesn't matter cause I won't be coming back to this mcdonalds again anyway.

I live in jerome and haven't been inside for over a year. The tables were all dirty, there was trash all over the floor and the was a pile of ants in the corner near the playground. But I will say the new guy did a great job of providing excellent customer service. They got my order right.

The greater was very friendly and helpful. It's unusual to have a greater but this place did that day. Fast service and decent food.

The Jerome McDonald's we visited as we were traveling was below average in cleanliness and service. The dining area hadn't been cleaned in a while. The food was not fast food, and my Big Mac was served with greasy fingerprints all over the box. However, they have a very nice play area and seem to enforce socks. They sell them for a $1/pair - which I was happy to buy, if for no other reason, than to keep my granddaughter's feet from being exposed to the unkempt facility.

Convenient location near hotel and fuel station. Ample parking with pull through spots for trucks with trailers. No semis allowed. Store needed some cleanup but play area appears to be new with many digital games and sound area for kids.
