The last couple of times we have ordered from Pizza Hut. It hasn’t been good. Very undercooked & then have toppings mixed in with the ordered toppings is not okay. Definitely gonna take a break from ordering from them.
EDIT FROM LAST POST. Ordered $15.99 box meal yesterday. Tasted good, I wasn't happy with the appearance, when I got home and opened the box I saw the wings weren't properly packaged and the hot sauce got all over the breadsticks. Took my star rating from 5 to 2. Had a wonderful experience here yesterday. Everything was made perfect and on point whoever they had cooking last nite knew what they were doing. Perfect amount of cheese sauce and spices. Everything was 5 stars!! However do NOT get the cheesy bites they are not cheesy at all they taste like straight garlic thats actually all that was on there and i didnt realize they dont come with pizza sauce or marinara or nothing i couldnt even eat a whole one, instant heartburn from garlic and just overall disappointing and looked or resembled nothing like the ads..
Food tastes fine but there have been mistakes each time I have ordered here, sometimes the one or two toppings are missing or sometimes the whole pizza I got was made totally wrong...And nowadays when you call them to place an order for delivery they will tell that they can't deliver before 4pm so you should go come and pick it up...Bad service...
We ordered from this location and got delivery it took an hour and a half to get delivered to our place even tho we live by the legends center. Everything we ordered was cold and tasted old the brownie was burnt to the pan and rock hard. We tried to call but got transferred to six different locations from Edmonton- Regina and then when we got to the warman location they hung up on us. Spent $50 on trash this was Saturday November 26
I ordered pizza at 10:30 am for it to be delivered at 11:30-11:45 am. I got a call at 11:30 saying that the delivery driver was stuck in front of his home. And that it would take 5 hours until I would get my pizza. I don’t know why it takes 5 hours to get unstuck on a plowed road in front of your house in Warman, and why Pizza Hut has one driver.
Very underwhelming pizza. There was hardly any toppings on the pizza. Had the Canadian and pizza was about a third bare with very little toppings on rest. The butter chicken was without hardly any toppings and the pepperoni lovers had little love at all. The good was the delivery driver and the chocolate chip cookie. With seven pizza places in town, this would definitely be my last choice.
Once you get the food it's great. Ordered 4 times and have yet to receive an accurate delivery time, kind person on the phone or order received as ordered. This last time I was patched through to the call center 4 times before I gave up. My staff love Pizza Hut but I think by now we're all frustrated with the poor service.
Was very helpful making food for my celiac wife and daughter. Went so far as to open new bags of sauce and dough as well as clean off virtually the whole back area so nothing would get contaminated. Wife and daughter didn't get sick which is always tough at pizza places so I definitely give them 5 stars for going above and beyond.
Bad Service. one of employe working inside she is from india i believe so she have no manners how to talk with customers any how i was hungry that time but she have lots of attitude. I am highly recommends don't go over there. There are so many pizza store in Sk i will not go never ever
