Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Probably the slowest at a drive through. Half the time they get your order wrong. Got an iced coffee today and the bottom was filled with coffee grounds. It was only until out of town that I noticed it otherwise I would have went back and told them. This place needs an overhaul of management or something. Horrible McDonald's.
My family previously has had problems with this McDonalds from getting an order wrong, a hair on my Mom's burger, my brother's cheeseburger looking like someone sat on it, etc. The straw that broke the camel's back for me was me getting the most underwhelming Quarter Pounder with cheese in my life. For starters the burger patty looked partially deconstructed that was falling apart. The second problem was my quarter pounder with cheese HAD NO CHEESE. Unacceptable. I know this isn't a Michelin Star resturaunt but even a fast food establishment like McDonalds is supposed to have standards and this one consistently falls below them. Even for something simple like wait times isn't good as it always takes so long to get food. I've heard it said that this Mcdonalds is the worst one in western Canada and with the experiences me and my family have had that is very easy to believe. If you want Mcdonalds, do yourself a favor and drive to Martensville, you won't regret it.
Waited 20 minutes in an empty drive through for this McDouble with one piece of lettuce and half a pickle and a half full order of fries. The girl working also basically made me stick my whole body out the window to reach for my food cause she wouldn’t open the window more then six inches and didn’t say a word or look at me. This was at about 12:35 a.m. dec 7th.
They are stepping up their game! Not too long ago I would have said this is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The dining room was really gross and the washrooms were unusable. The only reason I went was it was open early morning and is a nice quiet place to read. However, they have recently had a new Manager, Jordan, come in and is really turning the place around! There have been improvements in cleanliness every week since he started! The dining room and bathrooms are actually clean! Also, I have to say that Kayley consistently makes my day when she has my regular order ready before I have even placed my order! She makes the decision between Tim Hortons or McDonald's an easy one! I am enjoying the mornings that I get to spend here! Keep up the great work guys!
The absolute worst MacDonalds I have ever been to. Usually the service is bad but my drive though experience tonight was awful. A happy meal, 6 nuggets an order of fries and 2 double cheeseburgers. After paying and getting my drinks of course "can you please drive around the corner and park". 10 minutes later I finally get my order, total 15 minutes to get some fries and a burger through a quite drive through. Then i get home and my extra large fries are only half full. This is the last time I am going to this store. I'm done.
It truly is fascinating how terrible this location really is. Over the last year or so we have ordered from here maybe 6 or 8 times, and every single time something is either wrong or completely missing. From a simple one coffee order to a 10 piece chicken nugget meal, they somehow manage to screw it up. At this point it has just become a fun betting game with friends. If you bet on them to F up your order, you will win! So please, if you value your time and money, stay far away unless you want to win a bet with friends. I wish I could give 0 stars.
Terrible. The owner should pay attention! I honestly don’t know why I keep coming back. Slowest drive though ever, they never have food ready, when you get it it’s still half frozen. Usually missing something from the order. And to top it off, would it kill the staff to say “please” and “thank you”? 0 manners too… go somewhere else if you can. I wrote this entire review sitting here waiting for a bacon/egg McMuffin at 9:50am…
Probably one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve encountered. I got a crispy CHICKEN and bacon mcwrap meal. Bit into the wrap and there was 0 chicken. How do you forget basically the main component to the wrap? Do better.
Check your bags before you leave!! Not exaggerating, probably the 5th time my order has been wrong. It’s honestly worth the drive to Martensville.
Food was good for McDonalds, service was fairly quick and staff was friendly. Manager seemed more interested in chatting up his female coworkers than managing the staff.Food: 4/5
