I ordered a gluten-free Supreme for takeout online, and got a kick out of their recommendation to "treat yourself" with a side order of gluten breadsticks.   The man who gave me my pizza was VERY friendly. Because they are trained not to cut the gf pizzas due to possible cross-contamination, he offered to clean off one of their cutters and cut it for me.  Unfortunately, the best way to describe this pizza is with a sad trombone sound. It was beyond disappointing, especially since I paid $16 including taxes for it.  I don't know if they are cheaping out on toppings because I ordered a gf crust, or if they do this all the time now. I remember ordering Supreme pizzas when I was still eating gluten and ALWAYS receiving the "ooey-gooey good" pie they used to advertise back in the day. Not only was this pizza sparse on toppings all around, there was about a half inch of crust around the edge, and barely any cheese. Like, the toppings were falling off as I ate, simply because there wasn't enough cheese to keep them on.  So, great service, terrible pizza. I'll stick with Pizza73 from now on, because at least I get my money's worth there.  Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust available,. but only in the 9&quot; size

I ordered online for delivery and they didn’t show. They called asking if I was coming to pick it up and I told them it was delivery and even stated on my verification. He then stated she was on her way and didn’t show up. I called again and he explained that she did come to my place and nobody was here, which was a lie. It was almost an hour and a half and I cancelled my order after they explain I would not be getting any kind of discount for the inconvenience. I would of been happy with $5 off! This frequent customer to Pizza Hut will absolutely not go back!

I had a great experience with the cashiers. But the food was meh, and over priced. You can find bigger and better for less expensive anywere else in prince albert.

Ordered take out 40 mins before closing time. The lady on the phone said it would take 15 minutes, and after arriving and waiting 30 minutes later, there was no order to be found. The man working said he thought my order was with another order and my food was given to someone else - and there was no time left to make more. Now I'm sitting here starving and soo disappointed. No effort was made to make up for the mistake coupons, discounts etc. Not very professional!

I ordered online and paid online, the total including tip was $11.49 confirmed by email. It was a pick up order and when my hubby brought it home the receipt said I had  paid $25.91!? They weren’t going to give him the receipt but he said he wanted it otherwise we wouldn’t have known. I called them and they said nothing could be done? I argued with him  I had the proof  in my email and on the receipt- he finally agreed to give us our money back but only after I told him that I had already contacted a manager out of province  true. But we have to make a special trip there tomorrow to get our money back. ASK for your receipt and or DO NOT order from this store. They didn’t ever explain how this could happen. Just denied over and over.

I order for delivery, and so waited bout an hour until I called to see where the delivery was they said they couldn’t find my address and so told over the phone we’re it was and they said it would another 20min wait to get there so I cancelled it. But I payed online and I asked for a refund and they said yes I would get one but after month of no refund and several calls I never received it. So I wouldn’t recommend here

I picked up some pizzas that I ordered off the app. App worked great, time for pick up was accurate. The staff was efficient,  and I was greeted in a friendly manner. Keep up the great work pizza hut.

Typical pizza hut, but the ladie working was very friendly and nice.Food: 4/5

The man who answered the call was very rude.  I had a hard time understanding his accent and he was getting mad because I had to ask if he could repeat what was said, also he kept interrupting during any sentence I tried to speak,  I will not order again from there. EVER
