I paid 6 dollars for extra cheese and extra aged smoked cheddar. As you can see from the pictures. There's no smoked cheddar. I Recommend going to Pizza House in Hanover. Its way better.
Normally, they are quite dependable as long as you don't need to make a change. However, after ordering online and realizing I missed the spot to change the pickup time, I called immediately to tell them I needed to make the change before they started it. They asked to put me on hold and left me there for ten minutes before I hung up and called back to find out they were putting the pizza in the oven while I waited and I won't be heading there for over two hours. When I indicated I won't be there until much later, they basically shrugged me off and then hung up on me. I had already paid but this is definitely not good customer service. Two different staffers on the phone, each one less than the other : Follow-up: someone there realized the occurrence and made a fresh pizza prior to actual scheduled pick up. The pizza is still good there when we order and we continue to order from them.
Fast service, good food, but pls pack the salads in a different bag. They are always hot and wilty by the time I get home. And delivery to Durham would be nice..... maybe ask your staff to wash their hands..
I tried to place an order online and on the website it did not work and did not go through. It told me on the app to call pizza hut directly to let them know I proceeded to call pizza hut to let the cashier clerk know that the app was not working and he rudely said it is not his problem and he hung up the phone. I called pizza hut back to place my order and when I was placing my order the guy that was taking my order by the name of Bhavik 2 was very rude and cut me off and saying anything else. Anything else? Anything else? He did not let me put my order in properly or say what I wanted before he kept cutting me off. I received my order but my garlic bread was freezing cold and my pizza was cold and the pepperoni was burnt. I will not be ordering from pizza hut anymore
PizzaHut is making real nice hear. It has the best pizzas. Employee working hear are very friendly. I always order pizzas and enjoy every time. 5
First they gave me a wrong pizza , and when i called in to complain they said I’m lying and the guy was rude on phone. If you don’t understand what someone wants please make sure to ask them again. “I thought you asked for dip not base” doesn’t count as an excuse.
Ordered large double cheese and pepperoni wasn't like the pizza I had from there 3 months ago a lot of crust peeking through for a $25 pie! Won't be back
Most of the time, wings were well cooked. Today they looked not fully cooked and they were 40mins late because they had no driver.
Disappointed, our pizza arrived with the safety seal already broken and the food cold. We our regular customers, however this is the third time the pizza has been cold.
Very customer orientated in person service and very friendly for a takeout style franchise of Pizza Hut. Keep it up. Highly recommended and you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to the Walkerton location opening and providing the same/potentially competative customer service and quality the Hanover store/takeout provides. Our family will return to Hanover P-Hut again soon if the new Walkerton franchise does not meet the expected or experienced standards of customer service and quality of product.
