Called for a pick up order. Veronica took the call, her tone was crystal clear and her customer service skills were excellent. She informed me of all ongoing deals and helped me pick a deal with the best price. Pizza got here soon, was hot and delicious.
Great pizza personnally made by Veronica who also took our order - talked us through the crusts and recommended 'Home Style' - and she was right. Veronica also advised of economical alternative specials and greeted us by name when we picked up our order. She really made it personal and perfect. Highly recommended. Thank you Veronica for great customer service.
We will never order from this Pizza Hut again. We ordered online for delivery called 1-1/2 hours later asking the status of our order ? The what he called him self manager…. Said oh we don’t offer delivery unless on skip. We explained we ordered online and selected delivery and gave tip on option. Why wouldn’t it say they don’t offer delivery from that location ? Never the less he asked if we want our sit around order for 1 hour we said no he did not offer to make the order fresh. Just that he would refund our money 4 weeks later 3 phone calls no refund. You will not last in Keswick. Small town everyone I know has heard this story they all agree they too will never order from a lying thief. It’s only 70 bucks but it’s priceable
Hey guys I just ordered a normal stuffed crust just cheese only Not over cooked But this is normal for the store they will argue with you this is good and give you an attitude. Make sure you check your order before you leave.
We have ordered here a few times and the service is always fast and friendly. Can’t beat the nostalgia of a Pizza Hut deep dish, and wings are really good too.
Last time I went to pizza hut a few months ago it was great, medium for 10 ish dollars, they put a coupon on it so I could get a dollar off and the pizza tasted great. Today I went and got a "personal pizza" because they did not have a small size it was $5.69 with bacon because of, yet again a coupon from the cashier, I asked her how many slices were on the personal pizza and she said 4 "like a regular small pizza from anywhere else" according to the cashier. When i got the pizza I thought the box was kinda small, but no matter it's only 4 slices so that's fine, when I got home I looked in the box only to find these baby slices that had an after taste of; gasoline? Maybe? And barely amounted to 2 slices. The medium is $16 now, I would never recommend this place not after my experience today.
I just ordered and in the 3 yrs that I have been getting my pizzas from here, always hot and fresh, drinks cold and nice lady on the phone. I love this place.
Have tried this locations many times, and they consistently make mistakes on the orders or forget items.. the most bizzare one recently, we ordered a family pasta meal with breadsticks and a side order of wings. We waited an hour and they only sent the side of wings
Friday night favorite. Pick up time is on point as is delivery Always hot, fresh and yummy.Food: 4/5
