We hosted a team pizza party here during a hockey tournament weekend. Staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating of our large group. We were able to order in advance and have everything ready to go. Pizza was tasty and the $5 deal made the whole thing super affordable. Very pleased with our experience.
Was disappointed that we had to order first before we were seated!!! I have lost interest with Pizza Hut and the ways they do business!!! If your so dam scared of The pandemic would you not think of turning turning your menu into a digital menu where as the customer would just download the menu to there cellphone and order that way??? Pretty sad if you ask me!!!
The pizza that I ordered for delivery, the thin crust pizza was over cooked, meat were burnt, crust is hard to chew. I phoned the shop, manager was rude. She said "it was not like that when I was cutting it." Then I lost it. I said I am not after refund or new pizza. I am not lying either. We even tried to eat the half of it, I just want them to know so that they will not make the same mistake. But for them to deny it, is irritating. Even the first lady that answered the phone was like, thin crust pizza is like that hard, I said no, this is not my first time to order thin crust pizza from pizza hut. It is usually not to this hard. Then she gave to the phone to to he manager. Worst service ever. If there is zero my rating is zero.
Decent place. They let you dine in. But there is no table service. So basicly they let you eat your take out pizza in the restaurantFood: 5/5
We had great takeout Service. tried the five cheese stuffed crust on our pizza accidentally as The website suggested add-ons as you were choosing your order items end up with the wrong stuffed crust as we wanted the original stuffed crust and not this new five cheese very spicy stuffed crust. so couple of my mates did not enjoy it at allSo of course we did complain to the shift supervisor who handled the situation very well and actually replaced our pizzas both of them if we wanted but no we said just the one as it was just on the one pizza which then we also had leftovers made us all very happy
WOW!!! WHAT. A. COMPLETE. JOKE!!! I seriously can't believe how this place is still in business!! Ordered pizza here 2 years ago with nothing but problems, manager called and apologized and offered a coupon for my next order. NOW 2 years later, my order shows up incomplete with what I actually ordered, and the delivery drivers greets me at my hotel room door and says "I'm sorry sir, I forgot my debit/credit machine, can you please e-transfer me the money to my personal bank account.... talk about sketchy!!! WAYYY TOO MANY other issues to list here, but this pizza hut location is seriously flawed!! Please avoid at all costs.
No longer sit in. When I ordered a small pizza the girl asked if I wanted a 9 inch or 12 inch, which is misleading because one is small the other medium. I don't like being "tricked" into an upsell. I had to recheck the menu to see what she was talking about. Just rubbed me the wrong way. However, the staff was friendly and the pizza was ready in under 15 minutes.
Good pizza, great deals, usually very quick service and delivery.Food: 3/5
This place is a absolute joke there is No service and no price at all on the menu would recommend never going to this place again
Being a vegetarian , I found this really good. The pizza I had was delicious..Food: 5/5
