Really Boston Pizza is this your standards? The wait staff put our order in and came back with these Cactus cuts and "oh the kitchen had these done" put them on the table and left. Clearly you can seen plain as day that you would not serve this to anyone. But she did and didn't even ask how we are doing really take some pride in your job. I would have said these are horrible look how over way over done they are. Unacceptable they never should have been served to us there's no way that by the time she put the order in and went to the kitchen they were done that is 10 seconds. Just horrible the wait staff didn't even bother to come and refill the coffee or the iced tea that we have at 4.00 each you think you would get more than one cup at that price. I know Boston Pizza standards are a tad bit higher but this was a horrible experience I don't think I'll ever go back to Boston Pizza in Yorkton at least not when that wait staff is working she was horrible didn't even care.
For what I usual come for, I have no problems. Lunch here is definitely a 4 star experience due to rushed staff. I usually come for drinks and snacks. Waitresses are always nice and friendly, especially Amy, who is always very helpful and attentive.
Gina N. Our family had a great experience. Our server was exceptional by going over and above for everything. She was great with my 9 gear and had us giggling with every interaction. Highly recommend this BP's for a treat to the family. Kid-friendliness: Server made it extra special for my child. Very friendly and funny :- Wheelchair accessibility: Nice big doors for access.
Nothing like waiting 15 minutes for your server to acknowledge you and ask what you want to drink. When we got our meal she didn't even check up on us or she would know she forgot cutlery and sides. On the plus side she didn't know how to count change back so we got a extra 88 cents. Ridiculous standards this place has.
First rate in all aspects! I polished my food - a lasagna that would have Garfield apoplectic - before I realized that I hadn't taken a picture... Definitely a "return-to" place!Food: 5/5
The food was good and hot. Unusually hot, but that is good. Hot enough that it didn't get cold while eating it. Waitress was friendly, cheerful, and attentive. Host on the other hand.. Not so much. No hello, no smile, nothing. Just grabbed menus, and walked us to a table. Everybody has bad days though, and this may have been hers. My co worker and boss were bothered about it, but I'm not a big fan of fake smiles and phony happiness anyway. The food was tasty, and the portions were good. I really enjoyed the food!
The Hungry Carnivore is AWESOME!! It has all the meats! And cheesy bread with bacon bits… yeah, bacon. All the meats. After finishing it, you will no longer be hungry.
This was a below average performance. Server does not come by to check to see how your food is, does not come back for drink refills, or to see if you would like desert. Once the food is delivered, she doesn't come back. We would have had more wine/beer. Also, this is the second time we came to this location during out trip and the second time they forget to bring all the food. So my daughter is sitting there with no food in front of her and that did not raise any flags for them. And the first visit they brought her the wrong dish entirely. Not an impressive BP location. I rarely give 2 stars... Chicken wings were not all coated with sauce...
Went in for supper tonight. Awesome food and service. Our server Tasha was great!! Will definitely be returning soon!!
Place was PACKED @ 1:30 PM Saturday yet my service was great and food was as good as boston pizza gets. $30 a person wasnt to bad at all.Food: 5/5
